This is the dry type. Initial few bites was not very good but after awhile the taste grows on you because of the generous portion of pork lard. Then it becomes additive. Not bad if you like the dry type, personally I like the wet so 4 stars 😬

Been a regular customer since trying it a couple of years ago
Good wok-hei char kway teow by young cook... good even when takeaway
Prefer it slightly when done by the young owner, but apprentice is also improving his skills
Need more of these next gen cooks to continue sporean hawker culture 😄
Look at the up-sized 猪油炸

Was very very good, until recently. Quality seems to have dropped after price increase, not so nice liao. $3.50 no cockles. $4.50 with cockles. Add $2 for cockles. Only $4.50 then can add cockles, so with additional cockles will be $6.50, and the cockles are micro tiny ones... sigh... pls improve.

Address is #01-16 Clementi Market and Food Centre, 448 Clementi Avenue 3. It is a fruit stall.
I purchased 4 pieces of fruit for $7.50, 2 mango and 2 papaya. The purchase was on April 09-2020. I arrived home about 45 minutes later. All 4 pieces were rotten.
Granted I should have checked them more carefully before purchasing. However, this seller should be even more careful. They tasted like ammonia and were soft. The smell was also off. This stall has an 'A' rating?
Look at the first photo. See the lady in the stall? Where is her mask?

$2 for a medium size fried banana! Claimed that no more small ones.. what a rip off! Also their fried kway teow standard is also getting from bad to worst!
