This is the dry type. Initial few bites was not very good but after awhile the taste grows on you because of the generous portion of pork lard. Then it becomes additive. Not bad if you like the dry type, personally I like the wet so 4 stars 😬

Been a regular customer since trying it a couple of years ago Good wok-hei char kway teow by young cook... good even when takeaway Prefer it slightly when done by the young owner, but apprentice is also improving his skills Need more of these next gen cooks to continue sporean hawker culture 😄 Look at the up-sized 猪油炸
