(Toh Kee Duck Rice) My favorite duck rice stall since god knows when. But the older owner (who has passed away) was better, but it’s still good though.
Instructions:
Always pour the sauce on to the duck and char siew, than get the sauce underneath the meat to drizzle it over your rice.
It is quite costly (comparing with other duck rice stalls) if you are getting the duck leg, as it is the whole duck leg with all the meat beside it, but it is worth it!
Try the soup, it is good also.
Mine was duck leg with char siew (char siew is very very good also)

The roast duck taste great. The Charsiew is the one blew my mind away!!! Rare charsiew in Singapore that taste so good!!!

Old name in roast, will not disappoint as a regular meal but I personally did not find it a cut above the rest. Not the kind that is worth making a trip down for it. At this market, it is among the best.

Very old 3 generation food stall selling toast meat. Has its own unique taste from hand me down formula. But has not love with the times. Go eat for history.

Expensive for Chinatown hawker food. $11.50 for mixed BBQ meat over rice. Meat wasn’t fresh, mind you it was just past noon.

Old school 烧腊. Char Siew was great on the visit, though the roast duck was a little dry by my critical taste.

This stall doesn't even deserve a single star.
The uncle was extremely rude. There were no prices indicated anywhere at the stall. When I placed my order and asked him how much was the roast duck rice, he said $6 in a very rude and arrogant manner. Fine, if your food is great and justifies the price.
But no, the duck was dry. The chilli sauce was like processed chilli sauce and was salty. The duck skin was not even crispy. The meat had small pieces of bones in them. I could get better tasting duck rice at half the price across the whole of Singapore.
I was shocked when he told the customer in front of me to eat in front of his stall. If your food is good, you don't need false marketing. Incredibly hard to believe this stall has history when the food and service suck. Try it at your own risk.

First time visit here during my vacation in Singapore. Nice shop with roast duck hanging in the window. The roast duck was very tasty and the char siu was tender and juicy. All dishes with fair and reasonable price. This place has a lot of seats in the foodcourt to sit if you want to eat your goodies right there. Overall, good place, good roast duck, good char siu. I recommend!
