Lovely ambience, nice veg options. Pizza was fluffy and not too greasy. Coffee foamy, a bit small. Obviously a bit higher than student price but hey we r levelling up in life. Definitely will consider returning.

The pizza are not bad.
Ordered the pork belly of which is like siok ba with some Italian spice. It’s abit heavy at the end as I don’t eat that much meat but at least the cook it tender.
Instead I really love the sides with the spicy strong tasting capsicum salad n super super love the roasted potato. I don’t usually like to eat that but they marinate it so well & roast it to slight crisps that make it so delicious. I would pay just to order the roast potato.
Will want come back to try other food.

Made reservations for Mother’s Dayz Great food and service. Was served by Ashley who kept checking on us and topping up the water. The burrata cheese (special menu) is simply awesome! Their calzone is one of those food that doesn’t look good but tastes great. Will be back here, reservations highly recommended.

service was warm and friendly. seafood pizza was better than the pasta. The prawn had tenderise taste, didn’t had the mouthy feel like a fresh prawn.

Finally managed to get a reservations on weekend. Service was impeccable, Rajah was meticulous and courteous throughout. Tried Fettuccine Funghi in cream sauce - al dente n just creamy enough. Napolentana and Calzone - ingredients presentations were gd, somehow IMHO crust/dough was 8/10, just not perfect! (still above average) Maybe I tried the better ones around the town n the world.
And they have good wine selections at reasonable price. Ordered half bottle Antinori Chianti that produces Tignanello. It’s in the list too at $219.
Empty tables around but was assigned a table at the end of the restaurant which is converted backyard next to toilet, it was stuffy n warm! So don’t accept it if u can!

Good pasta and pizza for a Saturday lunch yesterday and located in the neighbourhood. My friend and I would have each ordered a bowl of soup & a dessert each if it was priced a few dollars cheaper. We ordered one dessert to try & shared the calories ... tiramisu without the rum ... and the waitress kept saying it's tiramisu "without the wine"! Yeah whatever! Non alcoholic tiramisu for nearly ten bucks which I thought is a bit too pricey for a neighbourhood restaurant! Would likely go back for the pastas and pizzas but maybe not the other items...

Actually we try to keep it a secret to keep this restaurant to ourselves, but looking at the rush of guests and need to make reservations for even just one person indicates that the word has spread between lovers of great and well prepared Italian food....these guys make some if the absolute best Italian food in Singapore..basically everything...however their Pizza's are absolute top top..light and crispy baked in their stone owen just like in Italy. A place where you go to enjoy the food quality..and if course their staff are kind and service minded...
Parking though can be a problem...so go there by taxi.....

Extremely unprofessional service.
I came down to the restaurant at KALIDASA AVENUE with my family last Sunday at 8pm as per our reservation. However, we were denied of our seats as the restaurant was full and we were directed to wait outside by the service staff.
We waited for 20 minutes without any assistance from any of your staffs before deciding to leave

My partner, his family and I just visied the branch at Teacher's estate on sunday for lunch. We have heard wonderful things and decided to give it a shot. We were blown away by the food! the food was one of the best italian places i have tried! and also affordable for the quality and ambience. We had such a pleasant time and will definitely be back! Just a note, the lava cake and vanilla ice cream should be a permanent on the menu! it was one of the best lava cakes i ever had!

Had dinner today at this place. The restaurant closes at 10pm but at 21:20pm the kitchen started to rinse the kitchen floor with strong Detergent. The are was enclosed and the fumes from the floor Detergent started to fill the air inside the restaurant. Can you imagine how it feels to be having your dinner when the air is full of intoxicating fumes??? I called for the manager and they sent an extremely rude cook who instead of apologising started to give me attitude. He (FEI) claim he was one of the owners. I was appalled. Being an owner of a restaurant he can't even provide a safe environment for their customers to dine. For those who are patronising this restaurant please be cautious. I'm sure the ministry of environment will be glad to hear from me as well.

Since discovering La Pizzaiola at Kalidasa in July, I have gone back for many satisfying meals at Kalidasa and the other 2 branches. I am truly amazed at the excellent service, the high standards and quality of the food served, the incredible consistency across all 3 branches, and most of all, that their food is reasonably priced given the quality. This has been my go-to place to celebrate any occasion! However, I do find the restaurant’s environment to be a bit noisy/loud. A suggestion for the management to look into the acoustics of their restaurants :) Thank you!
