Phua Gim Hui
Price is a bit on the high side but the taste of the food is worth it. One of the main course my family had was the char siew noodles. The noodles were springy and the char siew that came with the noodles were delicious. The only downside to me was that the chilli they provided were not spicy enough.
We also tried the lotus leaf rice which was fragrant and more importantly, not too dry.
Families with children must try the liu sha buns which came as small little cute piggy heads. The xiao long bao were good and the skin was sturdy enough for those not too skillful at using chopsticks to handle. The broth was not flavorful enough though.
Service staff were attentive even though the restaurant was quite packed.

Went during lunch and they were having some lunch promo which was quite worth it. Food was overall nice especially the salt & pepper tofu but their hor fun lacked the wok hei and taste. Ambience and service were alright as well.

This newly opened mall has a wide variety of food choices new and old to choose from. Settled on a more recognizable brand at Canton Paradise as we wanted something Chinese on that day.
The interior is bright and cheery and staff greeted us with a smile, and proceeded to recommend some of the dishes (which we already knew of from other outlets). Had the excellent XO carrot cake and prawn cheong fun. Also ordered the usual siew mai being our comfort food of choice together with a few other dishes.
Overall satisfied with the dining experience and would be back for more!

It's my 1st time visiting this outlet. It did not disappoint. Excellent dim sum and there is always a smile with great service. I would definitely go again. You gotta try this place.

A cosy ambience with appropriate lighting . Service was prompt and staff had good knowledge about the menu. I order the dog-shaped bun(so cute) and it was piping hot, the red bean fillings were oozing out and it was not too sweet. The XO carrot cake was not too oily, soft in the inside crispy on the outside. The avocado pudding were soft and creamy. Avocado lover will love this dessert! Will definitely return to satisfy my dim sum cravings~

Y would u put sensors in the nursing room?? We dont walk around when we breastfeed our baby. It was so dark! I had to scramble ard to unlock the door.

Just a feedback regarding the new/renovated Nursing Rooms.
I find the new nursing rooms at Northpoint mall yishun as horrible, not at all user friendly! It's the movement sensing type where if you're alone and breastfeeding in the little room, and the sensors don't detect your movement in 10mins, everything switches off! Even the air conditioning! Shock of my life I thought the whole mall had a power trip. I tried waving my hands in the air in the little nursing cubicle so the sensors can detect movement and switch on again but it didn't.
So I had to stand up while my LO was still latching and bf'ing, walk out the tiny nursing cubicle into the communal nursing area, walk up and down for the sensors to detect movement and switch on again, and I went to retreat back into the nursing cubicle. Turns out the sensors are only in the communal area and not in the nursing cubicle.
I had a nursing cover on and if the communal area had seats available, I could've sat there and breastfed my baby, and if the power goes off again it'll be easier to wave my hand and power on again.
I get that the mall is trying to be green but there has to be a better way! Both LO and i were sweating from having to repeat this 3x!

Very bad experience , we came all the way from Hong Kong hoping to play the kids area on roof and we planned lunch here yesterday. It took us 1 hr bus to go, then when we arrive we went to lunch in the mall which was quite expensive with no choice , then we went to the kids area but couldn't access, so we find the customer service counter which was far far away and with bad signs of directions. Then I noticed it was close for renovation till 2018, before I came to the mall I tried to check online and in fb but couldn't find any notice, I am very frustrated and request a sound compensation or explanation, please pm me asap.

I Just want to give an honest feedback that I encounter today..
The toilet at north point is limited.
Northpoint is such a big mall, although it is going through all the renovation, the crowd size is there. The whole mall only have 1 toilet at each level, and only two cubicle in the male toilet.
Really wish the management can look into this ASAP.

I'd like to feedback about the design of your management office at northpoint. As your office is along the walkway, pls do not design your door to open outwards as it will possibly knock into someone. Which was what happened just now, as some one from the office came out in a rush and opened the door Very hard and crashed into my wife. My wife's arm was hurt in the process. Imagine if the door hit an elderly person or small children! Senseless design.

The service here especially LONDON Duck sucks big time. 15 minutes to queue to realise that most of the stuffs are not available and then 15 mins for their staffs to prepare the food when it’s not even peak period. amazing that FRasers allow such tenant services.

Went to Northpoint today,, was at the toilet L1 wanted to change my baby diapers around 3+pm,so suddenly this Malay auntie come and sweep the floor so hard in front of my baby who is in the pram,, I can see the dust is flying. OMG I'm so piss off ���,and there a lot of people in the toilet,, she can't wait meh?
I can't control my emotions,,
Please do something about it,, my baby is allergic to dust.. Make my boy face all red

Overall was good, was trying to get a cab. But instead of people queuing up at the taxi stand, people are standing at the barrier and board the taxi first. Can a guard stand there and monitor those people cutting queue?

Northpoint is ever changing! I love it! Stayed at yishun for 7 years and it has changed tremendously over the years! More shops hops!! And looking forward to the new interchange in yishun!
I would love to have the information counter at level 1 instead so it would be very convenient For people😬
