A few days ago, my friends and I went to buy drinks. The previous customer seemed to be dissatisfied with them. When the drinks were ready, the staff politely asked him if he needed a bag, and he didn't gave any response! But the staff still gave a very patient and good service attitude and said to the customer" have a nice day "(from the voice can be heard without any impatience and anger), and did not take the anger out of the next customer! (Because I have encountered most staff who will express their dissatisfaction on the next customer!) Contrast hope that the girl can be consistent and treat everyone like this!
Went out just to buy Da Hong Pao milk tea, went home and realised they gave me Earl Grey milk tea. I hate Earl grey so much!!!! I'm so very mad!!!!! But I've visited this branch many times with no problem so to be fair I give 4 stars!!!!! Sad and angry >:(
Though a small place, it has received many orders from those in the east. They have excellent customer service and is ready to serve bubble tea when needed. They have a large variety of flaviurs and has chewy pearls that will make your taste buds squeal in happiness. The cheapest drink is $2 bubble tea for students only. Bubbles may not be available during small hours of the morning. For those who love their sweetness, I dare you to try the Brown Sugar Bubble Tea.
