Slow service. There was no queue, they gave me eye contact and came over after 1 minute. GC serves you with urgency.
Pricier. Earl grey milk tea $3.30 pricier than Gong Cha $3.20.
Worse taste. Liho earl grey milk tea tastes bitter and “siap siap”. GC’s tastes more fragrant and smoother.

A few days ago, my friends and I went to buy drinks. The previous customer seemed to be dissatisfied with them. When the drinks were ready, the staff politely asked him if he needed a bag, and he didn't gave any response! But the staff still gave a very patient and good service attitude and said to the customer" have a nice day "(from the voice can be heard without any impatience and anger), and did not take the anger out of the next customer! (Because I have encountered most staff who will express their dissatisfaction on the next customer!) Contrast hope that the girl can be consistent and treat everyone like this!

ordered brown sugar lover yesterday (31 may), doesnt taste like it at all. Taste like some other drink... got white pearl at extra 0.60 cents, but wasnt even in my drink. only got to drink it when i was home… hence no choice. got scammed. better dont come this store next time, go other place better.

One of the thai female staffs is so impolite (5 june ~5pm) . was loud at customers for ordering the promotional $1.90 drink. Prefer other outlets like at Tampines. Please improve service.

Went out just to buy Da Hong Pao milk tea, went home and realised they gave me Earl Grey milk tea. I hate Earl grey so much!!!! I'm so very mad!!!!! But I've visited this branch many times with no problem so to be fair I give 4 stars!!!!! Sad and angry >:(

For one week straight I tried to order green milk tea with golden bubble , at 11.20pm was told that pearl is not ready. Time wasted.

Liho simei is totally terrible. Pls ask the girls to do drink order in sequence. Just a normal Da Hong Milk tea with Pearl, after me customers has got their drink, my is delay. Where is first come first serve ..no more Liho. Disappointed.

Though a small place, it has received many orders from those in the east. They have excellent customer service and is ready to serve bubble tea when needed. They have a large variety of flaviurs and has chewy pearls that will make your taste buds squeal in happiness. The cheapest drink is $2 bubble tea for students only. Bubbles may not be available during small hours of the morning. For those who love their sweetness, I dare you to try the Brown Sugar Bubble Tea.
