The staff are unfriendly. The quality of service is much lower compared to other branches (eg. Marine Parade). Disappointing — yet another reason to patronise other bubble tea shops! That said, it’s location is rather convenient, and apart from the subpar staff, it's pretty average.
Var Idea
Staff is unfriendly and doesn't speak clearly. Hand crossed at the front all the time and looks very defensive. Said "wait lah!" in patronising way when she can't see the payment on my phone screen and when i was about to close it. I knew it , i should've gone to GC or Aloha juice but i made payment already.

Staff very gloomy. bought the caramel macci but only taste the fresh milk. Doesnt taste and look like the same drink made by other stores.

My usual place for getting bubble tea. Of the many hundred times I've come here, I've never had an issue with my tea. Staff have always been kind and friendly. Usually crowded around the 1-2pm and 5-6pm. Small bubble tea store but gets the job done.

3 stars for the milk tea & the convenient location of the stall - which is just right outside Eunos Mrt station. However, the staff always seem very gloomy & service without smiling.
