Ordered self pick up from grab at 6.54pm from this restaurant called Carvers X. App says food is ready for pick up at 8pm.
7.50pm: Arrived at JTC, food not ready. 8.30pm: Asked for status again, staff said food ready in 10mins.
In the end we only collected the food at 8.50pm! A good 2 hour wait from the time we ordered!
In between waiting for the food, tried to find ways to contact the restaurant to ask for status but there isn’t this function available. In the end managed to contact grab for help but even grab couldn’t get through to the restaurant; nobody picked up the phone. I’ve ordered from JTC before but this is by far the WORST self pickup experience. If the restaurant cannot honour the time the food is ready, please don’t give false information to consumers. We could have cancelled the order and bought food elsewhere!
Haven’t tried the food but it doesn’t look good. Never ordering from this restaurant again
Update: reached home and opened the food containers. I ordered chicken with mushroom sauce - what was fulfilled was chicken with BBQ sauce.
Requested cutlery but was not provided.

AVOID this place at all costs if you are a Delivery Partner / Customer doing Self Pick Up.
Horrendous waiting time, ESPECIALLY for Jollibee orders.
This Facility is a Cloud Kitchen that are able to cook food for many different Food companies, but it seems like they can’t manage the orders / are too incompetent.
If you are a Delivery Partner, expect waiting time of 20-30mins on average for any order.
If you are a Customer ordering on delivery platforms, AVOID ordering from this place, you will save yourself time and not waste the Rider’s time.
And lastly, if you’re a Customer doing Self Pick Up under a company that starts with G, it’s not worth it. Save your 20% off voucher and order from a different restaurant.
CUSTOMERS LIVING IN THE EAST - If you want to order JOLLIBEE, PLEASE order from the Century Square outlet, they are actually FAST unlike this Cloud Kitchen.
Riders, if you ever get an order from JTC, it might be worth to reassign / use up your cancellation, because they do not care about your time.

Wanted to shift our office here. But due to hefty government regulations and payments to be made for many approvals, we shifted to a private building instead. A great location nonetheless. They're developing the entire area to an industrial estate so, watch this space.
RIDE ON TIME
One of the very worst pickup point for delivery riders. Waiting time at least half of the day. Customers think before order here. Customers cannot eat for hungry. ..

Today there was a dispute between a kitchen staff and a delivery guy, Not sure due to what reason but the kitchen staff challenged the delivery guy to a fight outside the collection area. Luckily it was mediated and stopped by the supervisor. The order collection operations was very poor and need to improve..

If you’re too busy to take grab orders, maybe don’t? Bit ridiculous to be waiting almost an hour just for food to be prepared and handed to the rider - who himself could benefit from the outlet being better prepared. I can understand if the outlet is crowded/busy. Just don’t prioritise the dollar over people. Turn off your grab.
