Red Hot Chilli Chicken over Rice
🍜 Food wise: There's more types of meat choices than the usual standard bibimbap. Alot more vegetables than rice! And best of all, alot more meat than rice! Those soft, chewy and sweet bulgogi, indeed the star of the dish. It felt like the rice is the side dish now, interesting! Finally, spam that Gochujang, the dish tastes much better.
The red hot chilli chicken, well maybe just not for me. It was less spicer than expected and was a little dry. But maybe cause beef is there so chicken just lose out. The dish overall looks quite sad. The taste was much better when spammed with Gochujang sauce though!
But one thing that one felt that it's missing something, the usual side dishes that restaurants will give, bean sprouts, kimchi and preserved vegetables maybe. Will definitely be rated better if they do.

Great choice for a quick, and relatively healthy meal!
We had the spicy pork bibimbap for 2. It was quite nice in flavour. The portion of vege and rice was quite balanced for me. The extra spicy sauce was unnecessary for us as mixing the spicy pork is enough to make the rice flavourful.

Salty (please ignore the sauce), and ultimately miserable variety of vegetables (lettuce, cabbage, seaweed) and ingredients to be called a Bibimbap. Not even an egg; meat seems precooked and microwaved? All these for $10. Try foodcourt korean bibimbap instead please.

I didn't like it seriously. Think we are really paying more for the "healthy" meal when a food court bibimbap tastes better and cheaper. I didn't like the use of cabbage which has a very raw taste lingering throughout the meal. Its not really considered healthy because the rice bowl will be plain tasteless without the gojujang. Ordered the seafood bowl and the seafood was really pathetic.
Luckily I ordered the fried chicken, the portion was quite small but maybe it was the saving grace for the meal.

Have been visiting the store for a while, that's the times goes there are a lot of improvement. I'm very grateful for the fact there is vegetarian options , the food itself is delicious, Charlotte is crisp rice is well cooked not too soggy, tofu well seasoned. I'll highly recommend for people.

Just bought dinner from vivo city outlet. There were no customer and I ordered 2 item.
1 - Cupbap
2 - Spicy Pork Bibimbap
Disappointing with both item I brought home. The rice for both were cold and hard.
Also the cupbap which supposedly come with crispy crumbs were not served in my order today.
It is very disappointing…

Ordered takeaway for pickup and was horrified to taste slime on the sliced vegetables, indicating that they are definitely not fresh and sliced for at least a day old, generating slime from the water and semi decomposition.
This is the first time a major chain has served slimely vegetables, and the staff were even quaralleing while serving me. Apparently theres some conflict between the back of kitchen and the service staff manning the food preparation infront.
Very disappointed with the level of service and food standards here. Luckily i didnt suffer from stomachache.
Bring back the tiong bahru pbb branch!!

Visit the bedok oulet on a wkday afternoon. Order seafood bibimbap and spicy bibim noodle. Pay for the food and wait for it to be serve. No less than 5 mins the food were ready. Seafood bibimbap comes with overcooked squid. hard to chew so i left it out. Bibim noodle is not tangy and undercooked. The chef's attitude is acceptable. At least he is willing to change the noodle dish. However the cashier lady or manager insist on how the dishes were originally like this. Even i know better than it is not edible.

Poor customer service. The staff were pretty rude. The food is acceptable, given the price. I seriously think that the management should send their staff to be re-trained in the area of service excellence.

Was a Jem outlet - Service was bad, and cashier wasn't sure what she was doing. I wanted to redeem a free set after getting 10 stamps on the loyalty card. Cashier told me that I can only redeem the veg tofu set, even though it was not stated in the terms. Tired and in a rush to go, i made do with the tofu even though i wanted something else.
