This outlet is always pretty quiet. Nobody. But we went in just to try. Ordered the double scoop. $9.30. But we paid $10.20 coz of service charge even when there’s not much service to talk about. We still have to walk up to the counter to try the ice cream and pay over their counter. The Only service is they serve the plate of ice cream to you. And that’s 10%??!! Crazy. And the petite little scoops of ice cream doesn’t deserve our continued patronage. Our first and our last visit here.

It's ok but would be more worth it on half-priced Tues. Original waffles plus one ice-cream is $12+. With eatigo 10% off it's about $12 but cannot use for beverages. All the popular ice-cream flavours sold out on Sunday teatime

Waited very long. Ordered through fave but they nvr even realize they got an order from us. Cant even order at counter if paying via fave coz need use the app but... what the heck. See all the other people come later then us and getting their waffles first.
Also got fave promo at their table. But they made mistake never update their side and so had to cancel our order but our promo was gone so end up need to pay full amount again.

Service is poor. I paid for my take-away ice-cream but counter staff took their own sweet time to serve. They gave the impression that they are not willing to serve customers and just waiting for each other to do so. Perhaps the training is lacking. i must say i find the poor service consistent across all outlets of Gelare that i have been to.

Waited 26 minutes for 1 waffle.
The Excuse?
Apparently there is only 1 machine operating and they are receiving online orders.
So we waited...in this lonely store run by children and paying $13.90 for everything.
Won’t be here for a lonnng time.

Horrible service.
Ice cream was served melted. When feedback was given staff looked shocked that ice cream should not be melted when served.
Loud banging was done when tables were cleared and washing done in kitchen.
Food were served slided on tables and cutlery thrown onto table.
Bad experience. Don't visit even if you are craving for ice-cream.

How can you even serve up such sub standard waffles?????? I've always love Gelare waffles but the one I had here was bad. ot much of a service too
