Review Helios 93 - Singapore

Feels really luxurious and comfy place. Generous with water (the pool and bottled water). Good selection of food nearby but probably need a car if visiting the beaches or other eateries. Nice colored room theme. Call whatever, whenever on their hotel room to get good services. Pool is really nice just that I went on a very hot day. There’s a water slide. Lots of people walking dogs in the area if u like cute dog watching.

The overall resort facilities and room were great. But what I was most impressed with was the warm and friendly service from all the staff throughput our stay. From the surprise birthday attention to the very proactive pool staff - everything was perfect! Breakfast menu has lots of variety and quality is good.

Took videos of the place instead so not much photos. Rooms: Spacious and clean, all the amenities provided was new and of good quality. Even provided like premium body cream and face wash. Lighting was cute with different moods. Channels on the TV was diverse enough thankfully but could be better if can connect your own device. (They do provide HDMI though!) Service: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Service was good and what we requested was provided and more. We were greeted well and staff took initiative to ask if we needed help even if we look lost. Location: Can't complain since its Sentosa Cove, but having Bus B being the only way out of the place, was a little too inconvenient, we gave up and used Grab/car instead. But food and supermarket was accessible! Facilities: Pool was huge with slide and additional floats and cushions to play with. Gym was amazing, but didn't manage to try it, very sad. Some SPA facilities was complimentary as well, made it more exciting. Overall: 8/10. Generally very good all rounded experience! Personal preference but felt that the hotel was kinda dark, lights seemed to not work effectively!

Truly the best hotel experience that my wife and I had so far. While the interior (suite) is modern and clean, it is the top notch service that truly made us go “I can’t wait to be back”. The food (room service & breakfast) was EXCELLENT as well. Staffs were always enthusiastic, friendly, and warm everywhere we went (reception, cleaners, pool, restaurant).

A beautiful place tucked away in the far end of Sentosa cove, it is indeed a memorable stay with lots to do for a getaway from busy city life. The away room is located at level 1, accessible just a floor up from the carpark and within the spa region. Each room comes with its private small pool (non heated) with jacuzzi and maintain some privacy (though higher floors can look in if they want to). There is a bath tub within the rest room if one desire a warmer alternative. Breakfast has a large and warm variety, and you can ask for both menu and buffet items. As it's tucked far into Sentosa cove, it's either driving in or bus B which comes every 15 minutes. One of the more memorable aspect of the stay is the warm and friendly staff, polite and welcoming. Great service there!

It was good time spent with the family. However when I compare with my previous year stays at various hotels in other countries, I see this should improve more. Especially make things kids friendly with playgrounds and more. The food options are also limited.

Stayed at the Away room for 2 nights with my other half for a quick and relaxing getaway. Let me just say, W hotel definitely did not disappoint. Pros : 1) The plunge pool was just the right amount of space to take a quick dip. 2) The bathtub was big enough to fit two people. 3) Staffs were very friendly. 4) The bed was super comfy. 5) The room was quite clean. 6) Early check-in. Went there early just to drop off the luggage as I had a reservation at TBC but turns out, the room was ready. Cons : 1) Far away from the beaches. 2) Some areas of the room has it's obvious signs of wear and tear. 3) Pillows were too soft. Did not manage to sleep well. 4) Booked during school holidays so there were loads of screaming kids. This was definitely my bad. Overall, very satisfied. Will be back to try their suites next time.

After a number of visits since the opening in 2011, finally I got the chance to check out the Extreme Wow, presidential suite of W Singapore Sentosa Cove. It really gives the vibe of luxury penthouse apartment with the balcony and pool to enjoy the Sentosa Cove bay. Great interior living up to W Hotel's spirit of music, fashion and design - not the typical corporate feels when you really want to spend good time with family. Just check out the bathroom with a quirky bath tub and chandelier above the bar that looks like shiny feathers to me. The walk-in closet is also very spacious, no surprise why many brides chose this for their on-location make up studio when they have the wedding at the hotel. I'm wondering who are the people that have been living here, with the fact that the booking rate is quite high - so many times I requested to see it but it has always been booked. It's definitely a consideration for a very special moment in life!
