Cashier is rude before order I checked with her is this stone pot fried rice? Her replied is to asked me to look at the menu. Therefore I ordered it base on what the pictures shown on the menu. Very disappointed with this fried rice with shrimps & chai po ($9.50). It very different compared to the picture in the menu. Also not stone pot is just normal plate and the taste of the fried rice is not nice👎👎👎👎. When I checked with 1 of the staff. She shown me their menu and asked me to look at the below instructions indicated "image are for illustration purposes only.." I asked her how many people will read so detail before they order. Why not their cashier tell me not stone pot? If the cashier told me not stone pot I will not order. Will not come back to this Hey Yummy outlet any more. As their staff service are not good and rude.

Side vege for fried rice set looks and taste like it’s leftover from last night. Porridge is ok. Fried rice is too plain and not much ingredients.

Had the set meal & requested a vegetarian version & no soysauce. Ordered made smoothly, unfortunately missed out the veggie side dish & cause slight delay. The message requested no soysauce should printed on their order sheet so server don’t serve the consumer chilli with soysauce. Overall the food is very nice! Rice is soft even is a fried rice dish & as requested less oil! Hope no soysauce added for the delayed side dish as food allergic is not well educated to the industry.

The chicken sesame oil bento was disappointing. Putting aside the sloppy presentation, the chicken was swimming in salty gravy & french beans were served as opposed to the broccoli pictured in the menu. Saving grace was the 3 egg porridge. It was v chaotic yesterday (resource constraint we were told); perhaps this outlet needs to be better resourced. Staff appeared confused & stressed yesterday (21 May).

Been coming to ARC regularly and have been glossing over this restaurant because of it's relatively non eye-catching renovation.
What a pleasant surprise when I finally did. Good taste at a good tze-char level but quantity is huge.
The porridge comes in a gigantic bowl.

Their so called Hand made noodle is like any wanton noodle found anywhere, and pork is tough. The seafood is completely not fresh. Complete disappointment. First and last visit.

Had dinner with the family at the Alexandra Retail Centre branch. Rather dismal to say the least. With the price you pay you can get better fare at local Chinese coffee shops.
The chicken chop and fried rice came with three (count ‘em) pieces of shrimp. The chicken cutlet was prepared from a factory and not done at the restaurant.
The claypot noodle with sliced fish did not seem like it was even cooked in a claypot with the gravy being more watery like soup. To be fair, the fish was decent but the noodles were rather bland.
Mostly canned drinks available.
The lady taking our orders was polite enough.
You’d be better off at Han’s which has better quality control throughout its branches.
I would give them a one star for the rating but the lady said I could take as much chili padi as I wanted from the serving counter.
Oddly enough the five star ratings on this page all happened on the same day (21st March) and the reviewers all have nothing substantial to say.

The food is expensive and nothing special. We ordered Hor Fan for dinner. Not worth the price and is very cold.
