Good food and soup base. Meats were very fresh and nicely presented. Private room booked for about 15 of us was cosy, min spend $300 is reasonable for eating from 7.30pm to 12mn with no disturbance. Be prepared to spend a bit more unless you dine at the common area. Our group are a bunch of crazy eaters and drinkers and as such we spent much more 😝. The room came with Karaoke systems with good selections of songs. Staff were helpful and topped up soup base promptly once they were running low when we were dining; the soups they topped up were the broth and not just adding water like some restaurants do it. Staffs also changed microphones once the batteries run out once we informed them. My birthday friend also received a warm celebration stand a mini cake to blow, and cordysep flowers and noodles for the soup.
The only thing they could’ve improved is the serving sequence of food ordered. White rice and some important dishes only came out in the middle despite having ordered upfront. We ended up eating lots of noodles first because we were too hungry st the start while waiting for the main dishes. Hopefully it’s a once off thing. My friends enjoyed the night.

Amount of food in $300 package do not equate and justify to quantity of food available for the number of pax. Child left hungry after the supposed meal for 8-10 when we had 8 pax.
Won’t reccomend getting the set and due to the lack of hospitality skills and service, does not reflect standards of a restaurant requiring payment of such level. The service received would most probably be equivalent to what I would expect in a neighbourhood coffee shop.
Really dissapointed after reading such excellent reviews with hopes up high only to be crushed by such distasteful service.

It's really sucks! Cause we found the hair in the pot but we already eaten 1 hour ! Then they don't wanna do sth to solve this problem. Just give it 10 percent only. Excuse me ! I rather choose haidilao instead of this one

The information post in website is not updated. The staff (look like manager)is so rude .when we said thank you she never even respond or smile. Food not fantasic as well
