taste of drink varies with every purchase . some staffs were unfriendly and seem like they can’t wait to get over the order with lol . ordered and spoke loudly but they still get the order wrong , they didn’t even repeat the order to customer and just proceeded . i was busy getting the itea card and thus never check my order on the screen which is my fault too , but the staff didn’t even bother repeating and also sounded rude . price is cheap , will recommend , quality is okok but service is a no no .
THE GURLL
The girl name mango is very rude. My sister went to buy drink, and wanted to change the order and haven’t even pay. And the girl name mango already make the drink. After my sister pay , she said : “I make 2 drink for nothing”. To be exact, she said this in Chinese “then 我那两杯水白做咯”. Just because my sister is a student, doesn’t means the staff can just treat her like this. Is kind of disappointed. When we always support iTEA, and this is what my sister get when she purchase the drink at this outlet.
Milk
If ur staff have attitude, please ask them dun need to come work. My youngest sister went for order at this outlet and Last minute wanted to change order then ur staff do the first two cup of drinks alr. She said “then this two cups of drinks do for nth lorh” First, if have attitude dun do any customer service. Second, my sister haven’t even done the payment. (Or ur bank account no need key in PIN number then the ATM will come out the money first ?) Third, dun because of the customer is kids or students then ur staff have the right to show attitude. Btw the person say she call “MANGO” :) My family are ITEA lover, but this move make me think twice.

variety n taste of the drinks r good for its price. but whats the use of having an app for ordering when it always shows that outlet is temporarily closed? the outlet is open irl, but just unable to place orders thru the app. fyi, its just the gombak outlet btw. was able to order at other outlets eg je 135 n bukit batok. please fix this issue

Matcha latte and fresh taro milk tea and passion fruit green tea are also good choices . Pearl milk tea with “free” pearls- Cheap and good only $2! What’s more can I asked for. Every 4 stamps -free upsize & if 12stamps can get free drink too. brown sugar pearl milk tea only $ 2.90 !

Poor customer service even the taste isn’t bad. Please, we’re paying for our drinks, not queuing outside your store to get it free, so please don’t show that angry face, angry voices and go away while ordering halfway. Those don’t want to do your job, just quit please.

Cheaper than the bigger Brands by a bit, but they cut corners everywhere. For example portion size, and if you order macchiato the cream portion is pathetically little. The tea seemed over boiled as it was extremely bitter. Service is nowhere here or there. Hygiene levels so so. They’ve been around Bukit Gombak for the longest time cos they are the cheapest. Rival store Yucha offers better service the one time I tried.
Champion Waze
Small kiosk but excellent choice of iced beverages. Convenient location, across the street from Bukit Gombak MRT Station. Opens late.
