Was initially a little wary due to the outlet’s ratings, but it turns out that I’ve had the best quality green milk tea here. The golden pearls were perfect and the tea was so flavourful and well balanced. It was superbly prepared as compared to most outlets I’ve tried.
Service was just a little slow, but overall pretty friendly.

It was a disappointing experience. I went down to the place to order a large drink and wanted to pay. I used a $50 note to pay for a $5.10 Only to be informed that they didn't have change. I then saw the ' Go Cashless with Nets' sign and volunteered to pay with Nets but they said i couldn't cause they only accepted via Paylah. I told them i didn't have that. Thus i had to cancel my order.. It was extremely disappointing due to false advertising and perhaps they should have enough change always. As i was leaving i noticed another woman having to look through her purse for for change. Very terrible.

Went to this outlet on 19 Mar, around 330pm - 4pm. There were 3 staff and I was served by the only male staff there. He was an atrociously rude staff. I saw him being rude not only to myself but to many customers before and after me while I was queuing and when I was waiting for my order. This is not the first time I encounter him showing his attitude.
Extremely disappointing experience. Have been waiting for Liho to replace him for weeks now, not sure if our feedback are really being considered.

So... There is this limited edition Mango Delight aka 杨枝甘露 that caught my attention...
Came on 27 Nov, 2.30pm. Been told that they need to defrost the mangoes AND it would be only available at 3pm onwards. *walked away disappointed*
Purposely came back again on 28 Nov, 1.45pm. Order taken at 1.50pm with order no.9 (current running at no.7 at that point of time) and "miraculously" I've waited for more than 20 mins for my drinks. Have to mention that those with order no. 10-12 got their drinks before me. 3 staffs were there during the shift and I was eager to know what took so long. Thanks for "making" my day.

Staff with attitude :(
When I arrived, the shop had no queue. Was clarifying the ongoing promotion for the 1-for-1, however staff seemed standoff-ish and replied with one or two words.
They were more interested in their own conversation rather than helping.
