Very poor table service , they allow many take away coming in to order..that delay our dine in ..my queue no. 2844 was shown 10 queue in screen for preparing..I had to go counter wait for my order as already too long waiting at my table..after long wait at counter..my no. disappear from the screen..when I ask the staff..she say still preparing .the indian men order before me already taken his order..I slam my table no. Stand on the counter..they them I not going to wait here ..u bring to my table.not more then 5min they bring my order ..this is the poor service I every encounter. They should not allow so many take Away to rush in to order..👎👎👎

Waited for a good 20+minutes end up they forgot my order and the moca I ordered was placed there for 10+ minutes and they didn't change for me People behind be already got their order but mines not even ready It's not the first time this kinda things happen

Worst fast food place ever in terms of service. The usher cant even form proper Queue line inside and outside. Pin for table service also spoilt and no one to guide the flow. My order only arrive 15 mins later, after some staff missed it out, but though there number of stuffs,maybe just inefficient manpower management. Had quite soggy and plan flavour fries,plus dried up patty big mac. I would rather spent $7.6 and 15 mins of my time to go Giant next door and cook simple meal. 🤣

Just another macdonald in the neighbourhood that open 24hrs only in the weekend. Usually crowded but definitely much better than the outlet in admiralty place. There is no electronic ordering machine so the only way to order will be through their counter. Service can be slow at times but it remains in the acceptable range. They messed up my order for a few times but so far so good as it wasnt frequent.

Rarely visit Macdonald, but in the recent years, I felt that Macdonald service have been getting from bad to worse. Previously ordered Macdelivery with estimated time to reach in abt 50mins from ordering, but in the end delivery was delayed to 1+1/2 hrs before the delivery was received. Today bought 2 buttermilk chicken burger and 1 mcwings but instead I got a surprise replacement without notification of 9 piece mcnuggets for the Mcwings. How long has it been from the last time that we got a timely delivery and the correct orders.

Ordered d beef prosperity burger meal. Got it after 30 minutes. When asked why served so late d girl d counter replied they ran out of the beef patties. But a few customers ordered same meal after me got theirs within 10 mins. And to make matters worse, they lost my order receipt and when requested to reprint, the manager was unhappy n scolded his staff saying dat she knew d machine was out of order n still wanted to reprint d receipt. Last but not least d food especially the fries was very cold. What a way to celebrate the new year! : /

Ordered a take out for nacho fillet o fish ala carte, took almost 3min seeing the guy queuing behind me collecting his double fish burger meal. What pissed me off is no staff bother to collect my order and needs my reminder to get it. 0 for service and 1 star for the burger.

My children were with Mc Donald for about 20 plus years at Ang Mo Kio. Now my grand children are visiting Admiralty Mc weekly, of course partly because of the weekly toy. Staff Patricia is always approaching us with a � smiling face and her welcoming extra service.

Bought Mcspicy (takeaway) today, brought home. Open up the box and apparently they left out one bun(the one at the bottom) I dont even knw how the kitchen staff cld leave out THE BOTTOM BUN. Very unhappy abt this incident.

Ordered a Iced Milk Cofee. Cashier cld not even find the key to enter the orders! Waited 6 mins then was told so non-chalantly I needed to wait! When I asked how long said 5 mins. Requested to change my order and that did not go well. Asked for my money back and they cld notbeven open the cashier...had to call the manager! McDonalds seriosuly what is happening to you service and staff attitude!!
