Ordered sarpinos New York Deli Pizza x 2 (last order months ago)
1) Pizza came cold and hard
2) Pizza size 9 inch shrunk, i am a previous sarpinos customer, i roughly know the pizza size shrunk.
Measure and found that pizza is only (only 3.14 x 4.1 inch x 4.1 inch) 52.78 square inch compare to standard 63.5 square inch (3.14 x 4.5 x 4.5)
3) Pizza came without spicy ground beef and turkey ham
4) Pizza thin crust much thinner than last order months ago. very limited cheese

Really good pizza, only that gourmet pizza like hawaiian could be pricey. There are good deals like lunch set with drink, and staff are generally quite friendly (though not all are patient when waiting for us to decide on orders). Waiting time is reasonable despite delivery orders pouring in. Place is usually empty as people usually order takeout. Pizzas come with chilli flakes and cheese taped to the pizza box.

Ordered 1for1 12' gourmet pizzas (self collect) from Sarpino's & they were yummy 😋. Altho they ran out of chilli flakes. Boston & Hawaiian.

Quite small and expensive (compared to its size) pizza. Tasted great! Hash browns were a bit boring though.

Ordered online for schedule at 9:15pm-10pm window. It is now already 11:10pm and the status already says delivered. I have not received anything yet. No one is notifying of such late delivery and no one is answering from their phone.
Update: honest miss out due to their busy schedule. It's alright since they've never missed out before. They offered a refund in which I opted to push for the delivery on another schedule.
This branch's pizzas are always of top quality and it's personally hard for me to replace them with PH/Domino's :)

Such a disappointing experience!!! Ordered from 7.59pm and only received our orders close to 11pm?! Despite waiting for more than 2 hours, we were NOT notified of any late delivery and calls made to the outlet was UNANSWERED for multiple times. When our call was picked up eventually, we were informed that the driver went out already 20 mins ago from 9.30pm. Around 10.30pm, we did not received our orders yet. Another round of calls and we were informed driver was still on the way from Hillview to CCK. Heard such great things about Sarpinos but unfortunately, shall consider again before buying due to this experience.

Worst delivery experience ever, ordered the pizza at 0538pm with delivery scheduled at 0615pm to 0645pm. After nearly 2 hour of waiting the delivery status was still stuck at accepted. I understand there will be delays during festive period. But you should stop the order function on your website or app if you can't handle the volume anymore just like what pizza hut did. You let your customer wait for 2 hours without any notification of delays was only able to get through after 40+ time of trying(no joke) only to be told they haven't even start preparing for our order. Only option was to cancelled. After spending 40+ dollar and 2 hrs of waiting my family was rewarded with instant noodle for dinner at 0845pm. They can't even guarantee refund for us when I cancelled the order via call. I'll still need to contact them via email.This wil be my first time and last time ordering from sarpino. Absolutely inefficient,unprofessional. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING DELIVERY FROM THEM.
UPDATE: I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE ANY REFUND FROM SARPINO. WAS TOLD BY OUTLET PERSONELL TO CONTACT THEM VIA THEIR WEBSITE TO GET THE PROCESS GOING. ITS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK AND YET NO REPLY FROM THEM. NOW IM SCREWED OUT OF A CHRISTMAS DINNER AND MONEY. AM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE RELEVANT AUTHROITY SOON
