female staff did not even bother to look behind her back as customers started queuing up to order. not the friendliest at all and seems to be in a bad mood no matter which day i visit this outlet, been going on for almost a year now! drinks are still excellent as always, staff ruins the experience though :( i would much rather order from the liho at bukit panjang plaza…

Unfriendly staff (a bespectacled plump lady). I wonder if liho trains their staff on customer service. She was intentionally slamming stuff on the table to express her unhappiness. Won't buy from them again.

Very rude staff. Confronted her with the amount of cookies on the cookie machi being very little to none. It was pathetic to even look at it. Her tone was very rude and unacceptable. Telling me she was just following the "SOP". Not recommended.
Manic Irony
Very bad customer service. You can be standing at the counter several minutes unattended, not even a glance your way, before a surly face takes your order. Been experiencing this for 2 years and still amazed they're still surviving. Thought I'd give them business today, and no queue, no customer at shop, each preparing 1 drink each (very slow), backs turned, talking amongst themself... Acting oblivious. I overhear them talking about me, but deciding to ignore me. They think I can't understand their language. This is verging on beyond rude and poor customer service. They're thriving on Grab orders I guess. Prefer to go to BPP Liho instead.

Very lousy service from this outlet. We literally stand at the counter for good 10 mins and no one attend to take our order even when they saw us. But all 3 staff was busy preparing the grab order. When we ask one of the lady staff if we need to wait very long she reply in an extremely bad attitude and tone that “YES YOU NEED TO WAIT VERY LONG”. I didn’t manage to get her name but had send a photo to liho Facebook message. If you cannot manage walk in customer at least tell us beforehand and not make us wait there like an idiot. There are other customers who are queuing behind us too. I will never patronise this outlet again!

Purchased milk tea and coffee around 630pm 1st Nov 21 at junction 10 outlet. It’s caused me and my hubby food poisoned .

Disappointing experience. Very bad customer service. Even though there weren’t any customers, no-one attends us while we were waiting with a kid quite a long time. Finally, we left without placing the order. Not sure if it was deliberate ignoring or the staff is just slow, but left with a bad impression.
