I ordered 2 boxes of cupcakes for my daughter's birthday, and the cupcakes were soft, moist, and delicious. I had placed an order via Deliveroo and received the cupcakes in less than 30 min. I will order again.

Overpriced and just lots of frosting and cream on a normal tasting cupcakes. Nothing unique about the quality of their cupcakes frankly. The frosting are colourful but that's it. It's just sugary cream after all.
The prices do not justify the taste and quality of their products.

My best friend visited me in the office and brought me some cupcakes from this bakeshop. I do not have any idea how much is the price but the cupcakes are kinda sweet. Not good for people like me whose conscious of their sugar intake

My afternoon tea is totally ruined!
I ordered 4 cupcakes and this was the reply :
"I hv to charge you for the packaging of the 4th cupcake because our packaging is either, 3, 6, 9 or 12."
She pointed to me a sign that states a packaging charge of $0.20 for single purchase.
I told her I understand if I am charged $0.20 for the packaging if I buy only ONE, but I am buying 4. She can pack them all in a 6-box packaging.
Her reply : "We are not allowed to leave any empty slots in the box. All must be filled. So either you buy 3 or 6.
At this point, I was truly upset! So if I buy 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 or 13 .... I have to pay an extra $0.20 for each cupcake that doesn't fit into your 3, 6, 9 and 12?

The Twelve Bakeshop at Parkway Parade definitely have hygiene issues! I found what looks like pubic hair/cockroach feelers in a few of the cupcakes and a huge ass mosquito in one of the frosting. This is so disgusting! previously i already saw a bunch of ants inside their display shelf and commented to the employee, but she just smiled and didnt do anything about it. I was thinking it was an one off issue and ordered from them again, and i am truly confident to say that they definitely need to be checked on their hygiene!

Incompetent staff and zero flexibility management. I missed my sons 6th birthday celebration at school because of your inflexibility to exchange 8 mini cupcakes(which were already paid for in advanced) for 4 regular ones. I have always enjoyed your cakes. This is a utter disappointment. There are many other bakery options. I will not return again.
