This pizza hut had a-lot of tables and was quite empty so I got a seat quite fast, food was nice, I only got a pan pizza with a drink but the pizza was nice. The restaurant’s cleanliness was up to standard and the staff was generally nice. Overall, a good pizza outlet for your pizza needs.

Food was terrible. Both the garlic mozzarella pops and calamari rings were burnt (see photos). When I told them that the calamari rings were inedible, they just removed the burnt pieces, thereby giving me fewer pieces than I paid for.
They made us order via a QR code, but the digital menu did not have all the items that the physical menu had.
The mediocre service did little to improve the experience. There were also flies in the restaurant. Definitely not coming back here, and recommend that you do not either.

Place was quite clean & not so crowded, may be because it was a weekday at least we don’t have to queue like many other places. Staff was prompt in taking orders or rather explaining us the new way to order using the QR code. It was quite cool as you don’t have to touch any paper based menu & in the end you can pay as well. Pizza taste was good, but price wise online order has better promotions.

I'm not the type of person who gives bad feedbacks. But i just had to for this.
I dined - in at Waterway Point, on 7 July 2022, at 8:44 pm and I had a very bad experience in terms of service.
First of all, I was greeted at the table without a simple smile. not only that, I believe it was the manager who served us and she did not inform us about the soup of the day and didn't bother to ask if we would like to have some ice/warm water. isn't this your basic SOP? to welcome guests with a positive attitude?
The service crews who were working on that day were completely rude and ignorant. the fact that my appetisers came way before my drinks is completely appalling. And there was no sauce given.
I believe it was a basic standard in service to inform the customers what food/beverages they were serving. I had to ask for the ice water twice and physically go to the bar area to demand it.
I barely saw any of the service crew on the floor except for the male trainee. And please, your crew was using his mobile phone literally in front of us while serving our food. That is complete madness and rude. And the fact that I paid $11 (10% svc charge) just to be greeted and treated this way? Please keep in mind that we ordered our food through our phones and all they had to do was serve. It's not a tough job to just serve. (I myself worked in an f&b establishment)

Average....Firstly the order was wrongly cooked. Well thanks to the young malay lady she quickly inform the kitchen and get it redone. Well the quality of the pizza, it was just AVERAGE. The Crust was SOFT. Compare to other Pizza Hut outlet, it was like almost crispy.... The meat was okay though. Well slightly DISAPPOINTED if you ask me...

The New Pepper Chicken Wing is NOT tasty....
BBQ Chicken Pizza is still good though.

When Dominos were unable to keep up with CNY orders on 27th Jan and stopped accepting orders online and said they needed 1hr for us to pickup from store, we decided to go back to good old Pizza Hut. Not only were they prompt in accepting orders on CNY PH, they were fast in making our orders. Only took 30mins before we could pickup our pizza!
Kudos to the great team at Pizza Hut for making it possible!

I was at waterway point eating at around 7 pm when I realize my order is wrong .I ask your staff in the name of Mirza to assist which she was so rude and was playing her phone while talking to me which ended not well .I can clearly see that she went back to talk to ur bunch of employee to talk about me which in a reminder it was a busy period ,which was so obvious .Furthermore I saw her playing her phone at the kitchen and touching the food after ward without having the proper hygiene. I propose to talk to the manager and she say she which I greatly in a disbelieve , please train ur manager well and teach then food hygiene please .this is the most slow , disappointing and disgusting experience I have ever had .
Don't go freaking no hygiene and the staff freaking rude .
