Got 1-1 offer via FoodPanda. Delivery on time but the pizza is so so. The cheese and Margherita (basic and simplest pizzas) taste and look the same. The base tastes more like bread the pizza base. Tastes alright, but it’s not same as a pizza should.

I cannot accept the fact that that i fell into a SCAM on their paid coupons. They had sales people sell you paid coupons with a promise that your $20 would be "worth" because there is a lot of deals on it and ill save long term. They even entice you with a free pizza and a muffin. (very not worth).
Firstly, most of their "deals" are not that significantly cheaper and worth than other deals that they offer for free on their site.
Secondly, their deals involves a lot of super-value pizza, which is their lowest tier of pizza (2 toppings only, more flour than you'll ever need, just buy bread.). Even working out the deals, i essentially paid for a coupon just to force myself to buy their not-so-worth deals. I could've spent $47 on a deal for free on their site, but instead i buy their coupons to spend $20+ $44.90 for a mediocre offer.
Their delivery times are about 1hr - 1.15hr. That is slow compared to their competitors.

They always never deliver on time ! so disappointed!! It happens everytime when we order, about 4-5 times !! There was once they were late and still delivered the wrong order !

We ordered at around 6pm. And till now 9pm, we have not received our order. This is so absurd. :( My kids are wanting to eat the pizza of Canadian. Really disappointed us the whole family :(

Ordered pizza 7pm through their website, 11pm still haven't come. Store couldn't be called, no information on delivery. Literally starving.
Cannot even cancel order FROM THE MAIN BRANCH. Utterly terrible.

Very bad experience. Order at 6pm, until 11pm never arrived. Alr called, but got cut and nobody answer. Make my new year's eve day hungry and sad 😢.
