Liho Jem seriously understaff. Drinks that are ready after covers are sealed are left sitting for 10mins before we can get buzzed for collection. Staffs are just too busy making drinks for new orders.

The Taste is nice but not as good as Koi. The price is little bit expensive side but not expensive as Koi. Usually buy Bubble tea here even though the price is high. Less options to choose from. No self ordering kiosk. Mostly got long queue but wait time is not bad. Old Aunty bubble tea shop in the Jurong East bus interchange is much better than this Liho(my opinion). Coz the price is cheaper & it's taste better.

A phillipine woman name Marilyn at jem outlet LiHo, doing things at her own sweet time. When there is a very long queue. She have no sense of urgency at all. Very frustrated looking at how she do things, we only order 2 drinks. She took more than 20 minutes to finish it.

Worst customer service at Jem branch. Rude staff especially a student, doesn’t know their stuff even on the menu. They were all looking very annoyed at the customers, gave a can’t be bothered attitude. When asked with questions, simply just gave a nonchalant reply. Please improve on your customer service skills

Ask for brown sugar milk tea but the cashier key in wrong order and key in brown sugar milk tea with chocolate. disappointing , ask then to change and the youngsters was like just take it. need to retrain their customer service

Ordered a hot and cold drink and asked the staff was my drink hot when i held the warm cup in my hand. It wasn't hot. I could see unmelted powder floating on top of my drink and at 25% sugar which was not indicated on label, drink was still very sweet. Please improve

Nobody managing the counter. Both server inside the kitchen even when called. The lady wearing spec is rude. She just put my change on the table.. Poor service

Terrible service. I ordered milk tea with pearls but they served milk tea without pearls. They also kept denying that I ordered WITHOUT pearls and refused to change my drink.
