LongEr
The worst Japanese restaurant ever.
Bad service. This rest oversold coupons in Qoo10. Coupon is only valid for 1 month. Kept making 3 times weekend reservation but failed. Every time the staff told fully booked and would call back. But never get back to the customer. Until very last week, they squeezed in 1 slot at 11am. This is when nightmare starts.
Old equipment. Buffet is limited to 90min. In this 90min, 20min was waiting for raw food coming, 50min was waiting for hotpot boiling, but never boiling. They use mini gas stove. The fire is damn little. It can only keep soup warm but never boiling! Only 11 tables inside restaurant. More than half of the timing was waiting for food to cook. However, they are only half cooked...
No flavor. The meat variety is very limited. Only 1 kind of beef. No seasoning at all. All flavor come from the soup. The food taste is flat. Service staff never offer sauces until customers request. Sauces are very unprofessional. The sesame sauce is not normal hotpot sesame. It's sesame salad sauce!!! What a joke! No seasoned ingredient. No hotpot sauce at all. 1 for sashimi, 1 for salad and 1 for fried oyster... totally no comments...
Service staff attitude is good but never help customers to solve problems. They only notify how Long diners would eat and how many mins left but never care if the food is well cooked. Don't know how they manage the kitchen. The efficiency is Low. There is no self service bar. All plates must be served by staff.
A spider was walking into the sauce plate...
Beside the Budget offer, there is no standard at all. As a restaurant, you should offer eatable food as a basic requirement say nothing of standard service or professional sauces. However, none of 1 factor worth praising. What a shame Japanese restaurant. Will never visit again!
pohon bumi
Japanese resto at Sing Expo, Value Meal, Salad.
The place is outside the Sing Expo. A bit expensive but you got fresh salad. Order some chicken kaarage with rice, which is simple food. I have nothing to complain except that the price is on the high bar. Salad is good, that’s the compliment. Green tea is free refill.

Food served were fresh and love the chef marination and kimchi! The chef really love his work. Service was also fantastic.
Lucklife
Best to eat their hotpots. Their other dishes are kind of bland but their portion is reasonable
Tay Yeow Ling

Zayden Teo
Food is below average and menu is limited.
Ming Zhe Leom
Tasteless and overpriced. The rice is not japanese rice. Not worth it.
