Went during dinner time and was lucky to get a seat since we went early (around 6pm+). After that the crowd started streaming in. Soup bases are all nice, wished that there was more variety of ingredients to choose from though. Happened to have coconut and thai milk tea ice cream here apart from chocolate and they tasted great! Manager here is friendly too. Just that a bit hard to get the other staffs' attention when you need help.

We enjoyed fantastic food and best customer service at Sukiya Marina Square. Thanks to Alan and the lady who served us, they're always nice and professional. Food never failed, meat and vegetables very fresh. We look forward to our next visit even visited couple of times already, our favorite place at Marina Square, highly recommended!

Good quality has severely deteriorated. They were supposed to own at 1130am..but at 1130 am they were still setting up the items and foods. Coke didn't had the soda infused. Felt like a plain fizz free syrup drink. Changed to honey lemon but it was not prepared consistently. Was very sweet at some and blend on some cups. Service was at least decent. Probably not gonna heat the again.

Reserved lunch with Eatigo for 10% discount. Was seated beside the window which was fantastic! The vegetables were fresh, the meat was ok and the service staffs were attentive and efficient! However we accidentally dined over the 80 minutes limit and was lectured unprofessionally by Mr Alan while paying for the bill. I ended up apologizing to him multiple times to quench his anger. What an "interesting" dining experience... 🤔 Will never visit this place again.

Very enjoyable buffet lunch experience on our first ever visit to the Marina Square outlet. Great attentive service by service staff Meng Keat and pleasant conversation with manager Alan. Both came around a few times to check if we wanted to order more items/ top up broth. My friend and I had the basic buffet option , and were impressed by the fresh meat that were thinly sliced and fresh veges and mushrooms. Appreciated the neat and tidy environment.
