Century Square is 1 of the 3 malls located near the Tampines mrt. Although after going through the $60 million renovation and reopened in 2018 it is still unable to draw as much crowd as Tampines Mall which is not renovated. Maybe perhaps it is slightly further away from the mrt station or it is lacking in popular shop tenants.

I call and want to check for my item that I bought it at courts. Staff Name MUHAMMAD RASUL BIN RAZALI Work at Tampines Mall level 2 near singtel customer service. What he did is, shout and yelling me at the phone.. what he inform me that Vanessa say that she will get back to me and call me.. he don’t care about it. He work there only for 1 year and his attitude like one kind of ahbeng so call. I wish that rasul will get termination letter as soon as it can or I guide him the basic manners. So disappointed and embarrassed

Bad experience with QIREN having a booth at the level one foyer which is just at the end of the escalator coming up from basement.
The FA will approach families with young kids immediately at the end of the escalator with no allowance for clearance from the danger zone.
Suggest the mall should advice the agents on the safety aspects when they book the area or move them further away from the escalator area.

We came at 5:40pm before the crowd and didn’t have to wait as we made reservations. Our host, from Malaysia, was cordial and efficient. Haidilao knows how to attract it’s customers. Little things means a lot and providing free phone charging, tidbits n drinks while waiting, birthday celebration, and some outlets complimentary manicure, attracts people. The noodle stretching show is another plus. All this plus the quality of food, one will return!

This place is more than just a shop selling coffee and cakes. Would definitely recommend the Creamy Bulgogi Chicken Linguine. Al dente pasta with the perfect balance of both Western and Korean flavours. Not to mention the portion size of this was huge! :) Food is amazing and value for money. Also presentation of the food and drink was great. Definitely will be popping by again. The coffee and teas here are great too so do give them a try!
Also, we were served by a really friendly waiter who recommended us the best things on the menu. Was really courteous and always had a smile on his face. We didn't catch his name unfortunately, but thank you! Amazing food and service overall!

The fusion menu calls for a party in my mouth. I had the wrap which has a good mix of Incheon and South Central LA. The Kimchi inside the wrap tastes like it was out of a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Incheon prepared by a 57- year old chef; while the beef toppings tastes like it was from a taco truck parked along South Central LA prepared by a first generation Latino. In short, this place has excellent food quality and comfy ambience to carry conversations. The staff never rushed and were always polite.

We had breakfast there. Atmosphere was good. Coffee was on promotion price of $1/-. I should say breakfast + coffee for $5/- is reasonable. Hope there will be more choices of breakfast in future. Definitely will recommend to friends and come back again. �

Second time at Twohana. Experience there today was really good, totally changed my perception of the restaurant from a bad one to a good one. Staffs were really friendly and nice, food was yummy and worth it for money. My favourite was the Chicken Bulgogi Linguine and Korean Seafood Cioppino with Tofu. Nice ambience though the music can be slightly loud at times. Really recommended for groups as they have lots of finger food varieties to share. Definitely worth more visits here!

This is thus far the best breakfast for a group of 25pax. The manager took time to discuss and communicated professionally in advance how the event will flow and our expectations. Excellent service provided by the team! Good food, excellent service, and good ambience. Will definitely recommend this place to others and dine in again!

A sous vide egg, toast, and a flat white at only $5/= ???!!! Truly quality food at great value! The egg was cooked to perfection and the plate generously garnished with greens. Sorry I finished the food before i can take a picture. �
..... the problem is, after this, you are gonna feel cheated next time when you walk into Ya Kun, Toast Box, or McDonald's for breakfast.....

It is a lovely place to hangout and to do my work. I love their Bulgogi Sidewinders and Lavender and Peach tea. The staff there are really welcoming and friendly too. I will definitely visit this cafe again to try the other food and beverages.

Tried the beef bibimwrap and it was juicy and the salad at the side complimented the wrap quite well. Matcha latte comes with rice pops and adds a good texture to the drink. If only the honey chicken can go without the thick outer layer and it would be perfect.

Please review your opening hours with your staff, when your opening hours state that you open at 8, it should mean that you're ready to serve customers at 8.
Came to Two Hana at 20 July (Friday) slightly before 8 and was willing to wait till the cafe opens. However, at 8.15am the staff is still setting up the cashier and prepping the kitchen. Promptly left because I don't know when they'll be ready to take my order.
This is not a minor discrepancy. 15 minutes is significant in deciding whether to have breakfast at this cafe before work on weekday mornings.
If your cafe can't be ready to serve customers at 8, please change your opening hours so as to not mislead future customers. Thank you.

Went there during lunch, the food was quite good. However, though they don’t charge service charge, I have to say it seem to be like they were overstaff. We were waiting to be seated and it took awhile before someone came to wait on us when we could see staff just overcrowding the counter doing nothing. At that time, two tables was just made available and one staff took his time just to clear the table which was frustrating enough. After ordering, the food took a Long time to come. I hope this would be taken into consideration by the management as the food may be good but the service was appalling.
