Had the mookata set, which cost 39.95. Portion was huge, enough for 2. Quality of the meat and seafood has much left to be desired, meat seems to be frozen and was in lump. While paying, I inquired the cashier on the pricing for buffet menu and was informed that it costs half as much as the set not only does it come with eat all you can meat and seafood it also includes free flow drinks. Would not recommend this place but if you wish to try, go for the buffet menu.

Food was not fresh, meat was very salty, thai milk tea have a weird jelly texture. No one was actually serving and i was charge with service charge. Wanted to make payment but no one was around to make payment waited like 10mins or so before someone attended me.

It costed about 50+ for set B ( about 2-3 paxx). Seafood was very fresh and sweet, meat could have been less salty. Nevertheless , the staff was super friendly and patient :)

He Stare at me and my Friend and put out a extremely aggressive tone and demeanour , even throwing the plate on our table when we ordered the food.

First time trying thai BBQ; mookata, the food is acceptable. But the service is impeccable; fast response from the waiters.
Downside is the cooked food ie. the chicken nuggets and wings, were not topped-up.

Used to have reasonable quality meat but the standard dropped to an unacceptable level. The chicken and pork had a sourness to it, definitely not fresh. Went on a Sun afternoon and after getting my 2nd serving of prawns, the manager informed that they ran out of prawns. It was disappointing that they serve buffet with limited quantity, I only had 14 prawns, this 1 star rating is for the good prawns they had. Their boat noodles, braised pork rice, etc weren't available cos the cook wasn't around. The other cooked food had limited quantities and were not replenished. There were only 6pcs of chicken wings when we reached there at 2pm.
I used to love this place with the super friendly Chinese manager who was very enthusiastic in serving customers. But he doesn't seem to be there anymore. Service definitely not as good as before but food is even worse than the service. No longer a good deal. Last visit.

The food tastes ok. But the service is very very terrible!!! There are only 2 ppl serving the customer! Everything is very slowww!!! We waited 30min+ for our food to arrive (it's all raw food they don't need to cook the food at all, but it still takes sooooo long!) There are also small flies flying around in the restaurant! We even found a dead fly in our soup base!🙃 the person in the restaurant replied that 'it's totally ok, it's just a small black thing'🙂then he asked us to pass him the spoon to scoop the fly out of the soup😌 He unwillingly changed the soup for us after we insisted. (Fyi, they still charge that 10% service charge!) Anyway I will never visit this restaurant again. It's the worst meal i ever experienced in sg.

After so long, I finally went to 321, love having a cinema in Clementi. Place is clean and has quite a bit of eateries.
Only problem was that the nursing room doesn't have a chair and the motion sensor went off twice while I was in there. Any plans to buy chairs for the rooms?

i can't wait until it open. The cinema just 5 mins drive from my place. Don't know about the gym yet, but hope it will be a great one with lots of good instructors and a lot of activities like yoga, pilates….

Great to see a neighbourhood cineplex with different eatery joints. However i realise the outdoor playground is no longer accessible, may i know when will it be opened?

just wanted to go for simple haircut at K-cut but was disappointed not once, but twice. Yesterday when I went, there was a notice that the hair stylist is out for lunch from 2.15 to 3.45. Today, I went earlier and this time the notice says that the hair stylist is out for lunch from 1 to 2.30. As far as I know, there was no such cases where such shops are left unattended for such a long period, moreover to the hair stylist's own discretion. I think 321 Clementi should put in some effort into ensuring your attractions do attract customers and not put them off.
