Review Subway - Singapore

A good place to have a hearty meal. There are limited vegetarian options. I went here for dinner. I really liked the sandwiches they serve here. I also love the value meal where you can get 2 sandwiches, cookies and a drink. Absolutely delicious. The sandwich was soft, delicious and had a slight crunch due to the veggies. I really enjoyed the soft and fudgy cookie as it melted and crumbled in my mouth. Overall, a good place.

My son and I both had diarrhea after eating your food on 7/13’2022.

Like normal subway, taste okay. Price okay. The staff was quite nice. Went here on weekday for dinner, it was quite empty.

Sandwiches are generally good, wraps also available. There's a variety of price points, stretching to a little pricey at the high end. I actually like their cookies too, which are available in seven varieties. They have stopped serving pork in early 2018, in preparation to get halal certification. Mostly doesn't affect their menu.

As an American living in singapore for the past 5 years, growing up with subway in every American town, I’ve had subway 3 times since living here in Singapore. Each time I’ve bought the subway melt including recently across the street where I live at Redhill. This Current location at Bukit Timah plaza, was packed. I counted four visible staff behind the counter. As I saw the worker make the subway melt, she put one single slice of bacon on the subway melt. When I asked can I get the full amount of bacon she stated, “this is the standard” confused as I just ate at a subway in singapore where they used more than one slice of bacon, I said, “I don’t think that is the standard. In fact I know it isn’t.” She didn’t have any care at all and said “ it will cost you extra”. And shrugged her shoulders. I was a bit shocked and almost just walked away. However, proceeded as I was in a hurry to rush to my next appointment. So out of curiosity I checked online just now, subways website states “crispy pieces of bacon strips” “STRIPS” as in plural. Another source stated four pieces of bacon as the ingredients. When I notified the worker she simply laughed at me. Wow. Seems pretty petty to me at a place fully packed to skimp on ingredients. About as petty as me writing this review, which I rarely do for bad reviews. It’s mostly because of the workers attitude towards the situation, she was also the only one not visible wearing a name tag. I gave it 2 stars as it still tasted good enough but subway melt deserves crispy pieces of bacon stripSS.. Lol.

Open concept subway restaurant in the middle of the bottom floor of Bukit Timah Plaza. Service is good and the food is standard fare. Usually frequented by the students from the surrounding schools when they come to hang out in Bukit Timah Plaza.

Poor experience, received the wrong order and when pointed out, no apologies given and order was not changed. Extremely disappointed.
