Offered very poor service. Now is closed!!! The rest of the review may explain why they closed down....The staff will tell you off if you try to explain to them about their food. The dough from the coin set was not thoroughly cooked and raw to the taste. They took the dish, put it on their common pan and recooked it. It is not hygienic for other customers. Staff clears the table and serve the food without washing those hands. After disposing the food in the bin, they picked up the food from the counter. Again, not a good food handling practice. Ran out of metal cutlery when the shop is only 50% full. Had to eat with plastic folk and spoon that bend. Not a good experience.

The staff didn't help me with the doors when I'm carrying a plate of prata and a plate of briyani. Spilled the curry on the floor and a customer of theirs helped me with the doors. One of the staff came to me after mopping floor and told me "sir, outside sitting carry one at a time ok??" So am I suppose to walk in and out 4 times?? Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Lack service quality, no standards at all. One of the worst service I've experienced. Food isn't great either. Will take some time to go to Jalan Kayu for prata next time.

I've tried their outlet at IMM. The food was below average. I mean you can get better pratas at any hawker centre. I've seen the bad reviews for this outlet, however I decided to still give it a try; part of the food tasting at this mall since I started Taichi class two months ago. It was a total disappointment. The prata don't have the crispy fluffy texture and the curry was watery. First and last time going there.

We had experienced eating at the other outlets IMM and Hillion Mall. The briyani rice are rather dry. Both outlets same. At Hillion we ordered mee goreng. Well it was thumb down. Came as mee goreng wif cucumber and egg. I just ate de cucumber and de egg. tried to force swallowing de mee goreng. So My wife tasted and did return de plate of mee goreng wif feedback to them to taste. And watched their reactions in de kitchen. Its like they mocking at de feedback.

Rating for - My Briyani House @ Marine Cove. The self service order machine is not at all user friendly. It then makes you settle payment at the cashier. Why!? Why not just enable the payment at the self service machine?? The cashier was not service oriented; he did not bother to ask how we wanted to settle our payment. He assumed we had cash and punched it into the terminal. We didn't have any cash. Then he made it seem like it was OUR fault for not having cash??? Food was meh, average, not worth coming back for. Teh Tarik (the tea) was nice, only thing worth putting into our tummys.

I took take away chicken biryani from Biryani House at compass one and it was pathetic. Chicken was not properly cooked as I was able to feel the rawness and to top it there was no salt in the curry. I do not hope to come across such incident again ever.

Encountered the rudest service staff. This lady forgot to collect payment from me. After finding out from my friends that this is a pay-first place, I went back to the counter to inform the lady. Without a word of thanks, or any acknowledgement of her mistake, she snatched the money out of my hands and carried on with her business. I had a mutton murtabak, which had chewy meat, and a strand of curly hair. Snuck a peek at the cook, and his ungloved hands and arms were smooth, so the hair must have been from another body part I don't want to imagine. Would give this place a 0/5 if I could. If you decide to try this place out, don't have any expectations.

Me and my girlfriend had a bad diarrhea the next day after eating their prata and butter chicken for dinner. The chicken and mutton were so tough. Overpriced as well. Not recommended.(ECP branch)
