I was at KFC Funan on 28/ 03/2022 for lunch at around 12.00 noon. I would say that it was the most amazing KFC I had ever eaten. I usually don’t like breast meat but the one in the two piece meal was perfect - tender and juicy. This KFC has made me change my mind about fast food - that it can be fast and delicious. Will not hesitate to recommend and return again. Keep up the good work!

I'm a KFC fan , but I hate to say this, had 2 piece meal original with cheese fries here, the cheese fries is sadly cold and the original chicken is just warm. Must truly say this is the least enjoyable meal of KFC I had. Probably due to fact there was only 3 customers there. The chicken must've been left some time this does not taste freshly fried. I hope the management would consider this, it's exactly like eating roti prata that's been pre-made and left stale.

Was placing an order, a staff (elderly uncle) was staring at me placing my order the whole time, and micromanaging my order at the self order machine, asking me to press this and that, ask me to tap card and said ok can remove. Not sure what is his problem.
Then the receipt did not come out after placing an order, the staff tried to fix but failed, then he asked me whether I can fix it. This guy is crazy. You should not ask a customer to fix your machine.

Food is all right but when I ordered delivery from this outlet, they forgot items in my order. I usually get delivery from the Chinatown Point location, which is fast and consistent, so was pretty disappointed in the service and attention to detail here.

Today visited this stall at 11:30-12pm. There is a chubby female serve my online order at counter. She was rather unfriendly and treat me like a prisoner! However, I spoke to her patiently and with cheerful voice all the time. I always think that there must be a reason when people feel unhappy, may due to work load or personal issue. Hope she can treat customer friendly and talk gently. Thank you.

Food is good but service is not. The staff seem rude when I requested for chicken thigh and chicken drumstick.

This KFC is the best one I have ever been to, the staff are so friendly snd helpful. The place was super clean, everything was so organised. I was taken to the machine to order and the staff member helped me order. The manager Brian was super on the ball making sure the place was running smoothly, best branch I have ever been to - good job guys!!
