Just normal shaved ice, nothing to shout about. Only worth it as I was using a voucher for their 1-1 shaved ice desserts. Although it's stated open till 10pm, they started closing shortly after 9.30pm. Would advise to go before 9pm if possible.

Good location, tucked in at a corner near the entrance to PSB Academy. Taste wise is not too bad, pricing is also quite affordable considering it is within a well known shopping mall at the heart of the city. Service can take quite a while though.

Good dessert shop in Marina Square selling hot nut/seed pastes and cold ice mountains. Savoury snacks like rice dumplings and carrot cakes are available too. 10% discount when one flashes the photo during the happy hours.

Staff are courteous n efficient. Good tasting desserts especially the Black Sesame paste. The pastes are available in either hot or cold. The ice shaves are pretty good too. Very fine n smooth.

This is the better outlet for desserts. The staff are friendlier and there is not much rush here. The desserts are pretty good. There is better snow ice elsewhere, true but the rest is definitely above par. 4 star just only cos I found the snow ice to be slightly above average.

We reached the store at 9:30p.m. and the staff refused to take any orders; while they were just sitting at the tables. Explained to them that their website and google had stated that they close at 10p.m. but they refused to acknowledge it. Hope their management can intervene, the store was empty by the way.

Traditional desserts still served with the same great quality. Glad to see that they have since introduced new snow ice shaving desserts which has been the fad. Just as long as they dont take away the 'old' i am happy. Keep the tradition alive! 😃

Used to be a fan of Mei Heong Yuen desserts, but my experience at the outlet at Marina Square was absolutely terrible. Not sure whether it was due to the late timing I had the desserts, but not a single dessert we ordered was good (we had 11 ppl and we ordered a variety of shaved ice, sesame paste and herbal jellies). All the flavoured shaved ice options were tasteless and left a bad after taste, sesame paste was diluted and watery, durian paste with shaved ice was lumpy, microwaved till lukewarm and did not taste like durian paste at all. Every dessert tasted artificial and lacked a ounce of sincerity. I am quite sure I won't be coming to this branch, or Mei Heong Yuen ever again.
