😶😶😶 The Fish and Chip does not seem to be what I expected, over deep friend. Meat look dry and tasteless. The Curry Bake Rice , microwave but still taste great . Ice Cream great . The Pizza not too bad like the cheese and pepperoni. The mushroom soup dilute and like added too much water , not thick enough. 😑😑😑

Went for a light dinner for 2, just ordered the pepperoni pizza which was very tasty and the crust was thin, slightly charred but crispy. We also add-on a soft drink & soup of the day (Cream of Chicken Soup) which was pleasantly nice, doesn't taste like it was from a can. For dessert, we ordered a Banana Split and of course, the ice cream never dissappoint. It was so good and most enjoyable.

One of the few burger type places where the burgers actually look like the pictures in the menu. Food is really enjoyable, ice cream is excellent and service is friendly. Prices are fair

Came here to redeem GE free meal before it get expired on 20 Jan. Saw a few were holding the same redemption vouchers too. Ordered Chicken Baked Rice, Spaghetti Aglio Olio for the vouchers. Additionally, we get the Hawaiian Pizza and sweet patato. Remember to sign up for Swensen member via their application and you will get the FREE Banana Split. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I like the guy who served us. 😉

The server was really nice, and their hospitality is pretty good, serving you a jug of water first. Their drink portions were really big, soup of the day was decent, though my order of chicken baked rice did turn up slightly underwhelming with just around 5/6 slices of pretty dry chicken breast slathered in some white sauce, baked with some cheese. But overall the servings are definitely filling and the service is also not bad.

I dined at Swensen Jurong point on 31st Jan, I was OK with having to wait for 45min for my order as I was pre-alerted. However, when I finished my meal & made payment, the female cashier in white told me.... 1) I was NOT allowed to place order for birthday CAKES at the same time with my meal payment. 2) I was asked to stand "one side" & "wait" with a crowd waiting to COLLECT their online orders. 3) the crowd consisted of a lot FRUSTRATED customers/deliverymen waiting to COLLECT their orders (some claimed to wait for > 30min) 4) everytime I tried to ask if I can place my order for 2 birthday cakes, cashier ignored me (to be fair, she seemed busy with other transactions) while the crowd "stared" at me, thinking I was jumping queue... After 20min, I gave up ordering under such pressure (Swensen lost >$100 as I intend to buy at least 2 cakes for Vday). Till now, I still DON'T understand 1) why I can't place order for cakes when paying my dining bill at the same time. 2) why I was make to stand at one side without a visible queue with a crowd of frustrated collector (I just want to order, pay & go, no collection) This was a kinda horrible experience & something must be wrong with their procedure...hope management can improved it as I don't see the sense in making customer placing a future order wait with customer collecting their order that day... Unhappy & stressed customer Ps: the BBQ chicken was served with a layer of maybe tomato or chilli sauce coating which seem kinda weird as customer should have right of adding these sauces by themselves...

Ordered breaded chicken set meal, chicken came first, soup of the day & drink never come. Have to raise hand & ask for myself. Asked already then came only the drink, have to asked again for the soup. Asked for Chili & ketchup, again never come. Give them 2 stars is because their foods are still good. Service? No where to see… very disappointed with this restaurant. Been coming to this restaurant for 20yrs, service quality dropping every year.

Good food and their ice-cream are spoilt for choice. Food are quite affordable and the staff are friendly. They don't charge for drinking water.
