Wanted to buy cake for my daughter birthday, heard the cake was good her. Tried smaller piece and she was enjoying it. Preorder for her birthday during the visit. It seems we would be collecting on their new outlet since they are moving next month. Bought marble cake as well during the visit. It was good.

Chocolate etoile good, sugee cake BAD —————— Have been ordering from Temptations for years and always been happy with their signature chocolate etoile cakes, superb quality for very affordable price point. Unfortunately we tried a sugee cake last week and it was the most horrible cake (and sugee cake) I’ve ever tasted. My young son who happily eats most cakes said “this tastes and feels like playdough”. Had to throw out the rest of the cake as it was so dry and bad tasting. Would give the sugee cake a zero stars if I could and only giving three stars as the etoile cakes previously have been five-star good.

My husband's go to chocolate cake since childhood. Quality has not only maintained but improved over the years. This humble shop continues to impress us not only with the food quality but also the service. Shout out to the kind service staff who ran out in the rain to pass the cake I ordered, as I could not find a space to park my car safely and was alone.

Thank you for making my dream cake came true. Was feeling nostalgic and wanted to make up for the wedding cake which I did not get back then.. so for my birthday and 20th Anniversary, this gorgeous fruit cake with white icing made my day!!! Loved it.

This is my go-to place for birthday cakes and regular afternoon tea take outs. Love their Chocolate Mousse Etoile cake slices! Cheaper and better than many high end coffee joints. Their mini eclairs 4 per box at $6 is also perfect for afternoon tea.

I bought Buttercream Cake from this shop ended up getting a vanilla buttercream cake which looks totally different from the design of the cake from the official cake shop website design. Feels cheated, never going to buy my cake from this shop again, so disappointed by the cake design.

Was delighted to've been lucky enough to've been able to get an Oscar the Ox chocolate cake at the very last minute for a cow-themed birthday party just last Friday – would otherwise definitely recommend pre-ordering your cake in advance! My friends and I were all simply amused with how perfect the cake had fit the theme, and how cute it'd really turned out. More importantly, we all unanimously agreed with how great it tasted too! Bought their cluster of 4 raisin buns- yucks! One can eat and bite and peel but can’t find raisins.... until it’s all bunched in one corner. Never mind, it’s quite hard, flour did not rise well; hence it’s quite hard! And the yeast smell was pretty strong. No thanks.

Poor after sales service. Paid so much to customized a cake but the colour of cake is not what I have chosen. Also, portion of the chocolate at base of cake has a burnt taste! I waited 3 weeks, they did not get back to me. I have to call several times and they only send me 2 what apps message. The end reply I got from them is 'Thanks for your feedback!'. I do not recommend this shop if you want to get a customized cake!

Bought a cake impromptu for my Dad's birthday when I visited Temptations Cakes on Friday and I think my family was amazed that this was not custom made. It was so beautiful off the shelf! And when they started eating, they couldn't stop talking about the richness of the chocolate! With such a long tradition (established 1985) and with quality products, I don't understand how people do not all know about Temptations Cakes! If I can do something about it, I will!
