StarBucks situated inside Hillion Mall. Nice and cosy. Tried the Ham and Cheese Bagel and was pretty tasty. Coffee the usual StarBucks standard.

Atas coffee with a nice cake for a good brunch or high tea option. However do take note of the dine-in timing of 60minutes.

They always turn on the music very loud. The hallways are noisy because of the music played at Starbucks. Especially at the closing time, employees play music loudly as if their store is a club. Employees are very selfish and enjoy other people suffering from noise

The staff Starbucks at Hillion mall were irresponsible. They assumed my mode of payment even before confirming with me, and they told me that I had to use my vouchers that were already going to expire on the next purchase. Is this how they make people come back to Starbucks again?! They literally made their fault into my problem. Totally ruined my experience with Starbucks. The only star was given to the Starbucks food and drinks, if I could I would give -1 star.

The staff manning the cashier, Zura is AMAZING. Extremely helpful, extremely friendly and sets a very high bar for how service should be! The management should definitely reward her for being a star employee. Keep up the good work! Thank you Zura for making my day.

I'd rather go starbucks at the near BukitPanjang Plaza next time, where the staffs are really nice.
The staff at the cashier was not nice at all. He almost dropped the change on the ground, as if he was angry or smth... :(
