そして貴重な餃子屋。
口コミも悪くない。
殆どのお店が閉まってしまった時間に訪問。
サービス自体はソツなく悪くない。
しかし注文して待っている間に、他の人が注文した料理を見て不安になった。
どう見ても素の麺。味付けが見当たらない。
むしろ味付けもない素の麺をそのまま食べてる。
嫌な予感は的中。
全く味のない揚げたての餃子にお酢をつけて食べるだけ。
そして更に味のなさすぎる悲しい麺。
たしかに値段は安い。
でも酢を付けるだけの薄い味ではビールにも合わない。
なんか、怖い。
黄色信号を通り越して赤になりそうなお店でした。

I finally found my dumpling fix!
Tried their shuijiao tonight and loved it! Easily one of the best in Singapore, even better than a lot of the restaurants I’ve been to!

Comfort food. Steamed dumplings has plump fillings, fried dumplings has their skin done to perfect crisp. The hot & sour soup is done to perfection, just the right amount of spice and not over starchy. Been here since young for over 20 years.
