24 hours for your convenience. For faster waiting time, order through the kiosk. Advice not to go Mon - Fri 5pm - 7:30pm because the queue is super long. But the service is really fast. I mean what do you expect? Its fast food restaurant for a reason right; quality can be ups and downs but worth the price for everything right for getting a meal.

Always have good experience here. This is one of my go to place if I am hungry in the middle of the night as it is opened 24 hours.
The self service machines made the ordering much faster and the staff at this outlet are very prompt in the food preparation.
It is good that McDonald's now also have some healthy choices if one do not want to feel too guilty for dining at a fast food restaurant.
As recommended by many people online, I ordered the grilled chicken wrap, which has way lesser calories than the fried options. It was delicious.
Another plus point about this restaurant is its alfresco seating, which is good for diners who do not enjoy the air con.
Peak hours are always crowded but the seating are comfortable and ambience is bright and soothing.

Only this branch I have experience this. Order a set meal for 2 pax which consist of a bucket of 6 pieces of mccrispy chicken, 2 drinks and 2 fries. Wanted to get 2 curry sauce but was denied as counter say one set meal only can get one curry sauce??? Even when I told her its a set for 2 person she refuse. So 1 curry sauce for 6 pieces of mccrispy chicken...

We come here for our weekly dose of sweetness, and it almost never disappoints. The McCafe here is better than many others and the staff is courteous and talented. Let me show you, since this isn’t necessary but they put in the effort so I appreciate 👏🏻
Nasi Lemak burger is back, so gave it a go and omg the flavour of eating authentic Nasi Lemak. A burger I didn’t know I needed. Perfectly made and served in a softer bun compared to other burgers. A perfect meal 👌🏻

Tried the Sea Salt McFlurry (3$) - nothing fantastic but will buy it again.
My McFlurry was not properly swirled so the toppings were only at the top making some mouthful a tad too sweet. Sea salt taste of the crunchy bits was pretty mild but it was really nice to chew on. Wish they gave more of the crunchy bits.
Overall taste kind of reminded me of the brown sugar sea salt milk.

An easily accessible, mid-sized, 24x7 restaurant conspicuously located at the corner on the ground floor of the Pioneer shopping mall. There are around three or four ordering kiosks. The outlet is easily visible from the nearby crossroads.

Yesterday I went to Pioneer Mall mcd to order salmon burger upsize and take away. The staff forgot to give me shaker. there was not busy at all, if is really crowded I can understand but there’s no crowd at 12am.
I called the restaurant manager to ask for a new fries. But she keep ask me to wait. �
What kind of service are you providing? Not even apologise to me?

I asked the staff: I asked for exchange, the fries too oily, is it that as a consumer cannot ask for exchange? Please look closer to this pack of fries. Never see fries wet & oily.
The staff must be hate me alot when I said to her in that kind of manner way.

I ordered a double filet o fish with extra tartar sauce. I don’t understand why anyone would do something like this. It totally made my appetite run imagining someone just throwing a burger together in such a manner. It’s almost impossible to even eat this burger like a decent human being. Tried calling them but it was either engaged or not picked up.

Rating 5 star as Pioneer Mall staff is beyond my expectation for their patience and service provided.
On 19/4/2016, I visited this store as there is a UOB Mighty Users Promotion on.
As the payment have to paid via tap-to-pay, there is delay due to the terminal.
With their patience, they have let me tried several attempt before successfully bought the deal.
So happy to have my breakfast and many thanks to staff Host Rominah, and Host Ah Hiok and all staffs in Pioneer Mall for the excellent service.

First time in my life, I as one of the customers was rejected at the counters due to the kitchen cannot handle the order..... Please bring back the old system and sack that idiot who come out with this system. You are making the customers who waiting to collect their foods blocking other people way.and the waiting time sucks...poor system and training to the staff is bad......

The midnight team is a total screw up when I visit at morning like 5:30am . All order kiosks were down, nobody stand or aware of customer waiting at counter, worst is staff not aware of meals items combination when I requested to swap my regular coffee to cappuccino and my meal order was wrongly deliver as well where receipt is meal wif corn but receive hash brown . I don't know if the team were really so down or tired , but the service effort is not there .

Price of sundae increase but quantity of sundae decreased(drastically). Staff act smart and did not put into the oder no onion as the staff thought there is no onion in the classic cheese burger. furthermore, this is the second time that made me mad with mcdonalds the first time they made me wait for 25 min as my oder was not keyed into the system properly at tiong bahru plaza mcdonald they gave this type of substandard and service and increase the price of food made my day worse.

I think there should be a control of people who are using those four seater seat which I presume majority student and are not ordering any meal. Some of them are either using laptop without ordering any meal but using those four seater. Imagine those family with toddlers cannot have the seat and have to wait .. There should be a limit to free air con, free music and not at the expenses of people who really want to have a meal there..Considerate people please. Can the management please ensure this does not happen again, there were many times when the customer got to highlight and then management start to handle.
