Went for dinner yesterday. When I opened up the chili sauce I found a miscellaneous insect leg inside the sauce. I know it’s not the staff’s problem but I just want to give them a feedback regarding this and get a new holder & new chili sauce packs. However, one of the staff was rude and said it’s not their fault, refused to give me new chili sauce packs and asked me to throw away the holder by myself instead. Bad experience to dine in there.

This is my favourite KFC at Toa Payoh. Usually served the best very fresh, and the chicken are bigger too.
Buy for some unknown reason on SUN, 6 January 2022, the 9 pieces bucket of original chicken are smaller like shrink, don’t look fresh, not oven hot, and tasted like yesterday’s leftovers KFC in the fridge recook! Included in the takeaway is a messy 2 sauce each of chilli and tomato.

Waited a while at the counter but no one bothered to take my order. The crew either busy in the kitchen or clearing the rubbish bin. I don't understand why the outlet closed all ordering kiosks 1/2 hour before closing others fast food restaurant nearby don't do so they will close their kiosks upon the outlet closing hour.Another disappointment I ask for I thighs meat but given a rib instead 🤔 .

Worst KFC as with most of them here. I had their anniversary meal burger + drinks for 4.90 supposed discounted, but not true.
Tiny patties, very dry and salty, bread also dry. Worse burger in my life. not even a hint of mayo.

Convenient KFC location that has recently extended its opening hours till 11pm..brilliant. Fried chicken quality is pretty much the standard fare but downside is the waiting time. One ordered using the machine at the entrance, it took almost 20 min for the food to be ready...

Cashier service was bad. Quite rude and wasn’t helpful when I was finding out about the promotions. Tried my luck requesting for a certain part but was just brushed off.
When I asked for help with the app I got a reply “you read yourself I don’t have time for you now”. There was a lot of customers, but some further guidance would have helped.
Love the chicken, love KFC but not coming back to this outlet unless I have to.
The food is the saving grace.

Bought 2 box of 5 for $8 on chicken fried day, but one of the box got only 3pcs inside, buyers do be very careful, open and check as this is not the first time got less chicken, can't believe KFC so cheapo, unacceptable and shame on you, will never ever buy again from KFC again even got bigger discount.,,👎👎👎

Disappointing experience. Bought their cheese fries and the portion was so small it's as if someone had eaten half of it. Not worth it at all for $4.40. KFC, you should really maintain your quality and consistency. Stinging on fries is just a poor image.

Located the lorong place, located this place as this is near my office so my frequent orders are from here, too good and so delicious the food was really amazing to have!loved it to the core
