i ordered in advance and wants the food to come at 7.15pm. the delivery guy/store took 1hr to send it to me, was so happy to eat it. got to know that they gave me 4 large normal fries instead of 4 large twister fries. so disappointed as this is not how they should treat the customer. they promised to send a delivery guy to deliver the 4 twister fries but i don’t even receive anything. SO MAD AND DISSAPOINTED.

45 minutes wait for 2 small fries. It was weekend lunch hour but surely operations can do better that. It's to better to hold the crowd then for customers to order and wait for so long. Fast food?

Not the best McDonald's experience I had personally, but it serves its needs. Got my supper meal, was in an empty McDonald's, and service was extremely fast. Well they call it fast food afterall. Just don't like the yucky feeling when I stepped in, and after walking out...

Please do not organise any promotion if do not have enough manpower. It become a negative opinion of your outlet. You let me wait for so long and you all do not follow the Q number!!!. Worse of all you short change me one item. When i ask for the item you all did not even apologise for your serious mistake.I consider it as Cheating !!!!

Avoid going during 7-9pm. No seats, maybe because of dinner. Overall, Staff are friendly, they even recognise you if you are frequent customer

Not that this 1⭐️ rating is going to affect them because well, it's McDonald's but just going to put this out here.
Went for dinner around 8pm today. Outlet was quite crowded but I don't think it's acceptable to service Kitkat (ice) cream or diluted milo that tastes like flavoured water. If your ice cream is not ready, just tell people that it's not available. Photo below is self explanatory.
On a lighter note, the manager on duty and one of the senior staff was very friendly and patient despite the crowd.

Poor customer service from a girl. Idk what her name. I ask her for salt and she showed me the ‘sight face’ angry expression. If she’s not happy with her work then why continue to work? Why so rude? She very rude to other customers as well base on my observant.

Ordered my breakfast meal 0927hrs, the cashier gave me a wrong order and charged me more than supposed. Upon, realising the mistake, the cashier then returned 90cents to me. The chicken wrap was delayed by 20 mins as the kitchen forgot the order entirely . My BIG breakfast set was smaller than the chicken muffin meal, where the size of the patty was smaller than my palm .
Totally ruined my day for starting with McDonald's as my breakfast:((

Used to be 5 mins in the normal queue way, now a simple order is 15 mins when there is no queue. And the staff including the manager is NOT serviced based, i was standing at the counter with stretched hands holding my number which they called and it took them 2 mins to respond

Took away a nasi lemak burger and only realized it didn't have the fried egg when I got back home. Immediately went back to mcdonalds to get it exchanged and the only explanation I got was "I don't know, system issue". - Wow, I never knew macdonalds had robots build burgers.

Thanks for the service recovery! We went to purchase breakfast deluxe and staff forgot to give maple syrup and butter for my hot cakes. After sending a feedback through the Mac app, they called back and send me back a new set with drink and condiments stating that my purchased set should have already turned cold. They turned up at my doorstep within 15 mins. Great service! Thank you macdonalds at hougang blk 208!

Have to be very honest, this branch the management team should step up & be more proactive in serving their customers.
Many at time, you are there with your family, bulk of the seat are taken over by those secondary & poly student doing their home work there, what they have on the table is merely a glass of soda, I have make known to their staff concerning this issue that fast food outlet, is a place for family, is not a “Tuition Center”, why do McDonald’s allowed all these teenagers sitting there for hours & deprives other from having their meals there? and to make the situation worst, there is a party room, when there are no seats available, they can closed up the entire section, where there are no signs of a party going to take place,
Once, there were 6 of us at the branch, my girl Friend removed the chain & brought our food in, one middle age lady who can’t speak, just come in & insisted that we have to move to other section by pointing her finger at us, is so humiliating & embarrassed.
Last week, knowing that this branch has just gone thru a massive renovation, let me tell you McDonald’s, I spotted 3 big housefly waiting to attack those left over burgers, I took a picture & told their STAR Ms Susan to check, what wrong with this branch? Are they down of staff or their management team is simply not interested with their customers?

I've been waited 15mins for 2 seats after 1 of the staff help to get students to leave without buying anything and just seat there and study during peak hours. Not the first time this happens. Basically half the Mac is on Reno and so many students just take up the seats without getting food or drinks. Appreciate if the staffs can help to chase students off without getting anything during peak hours.

I ordered at 7.31pm. Delivery time was told 8.55pm. 9pm still haven reach. I called the hotline could not get through until 9.10pm. Finally i manage to get through the line and I cancelled my order. Then the delivery arrived at 9.15pm. I told the delivery guy it was cancelled and he left. Up to date i have yet to receive my refund as per promised by phone operator. And the branch manger name Meng E who spoke to me was rude, not even an apology from her.
