The pork ribs/innards noodles is an old recipe that’s been around for generations. It’s my weekend indulgence and I haven’t found any other pork ribs noodles that taste as good. The sakura chicken rice is one of my favourites, moist tender meat, good peanut soup and spicy chilli sauce. It’s also run by a veteran hawker. If you want authentic local food, come here.
