Chang Tuck Min

The shop has already changed hands and renamed as Chicken House Mookata. Suspected taken over by the chicken rice stall in the same coffeeshop. But the original Mookalicious signboard has not been taken down and continue to mislead many people. Overall food quality has dropped. Meat marinade is blend and almost tasteless. The soup is MSG laden. Not returning anymore. Try at your own risk.

10/10 would not come again. Some of the staff were very rude. Portions were very small for the price. $4 for 2 normal sausages. $4 for 6 seafood tofu.

It's difficult to go wrong with Mookata, but this place is one of the worst Mookata I've eaten in Singapore. It took them 15 mins just to serve - how difficult is it to light a fire and serve raw meat? Meat was bad - not fresh and some of them was so tough my teeth cried. Eggs was not fresh. Soup is obviously so full of MSG. The staff takes so long to serve additional dishes. The fire was weak that I thought we had to stay there till 3am before we could finish our dinner. All in all, this is a bad Mookata place. Don't come here.

Terrible service, food was slow to arrive. Had the buffet and the food only arrived once for the 2 hours we were there. We had to ask them 3 times for the orders only to be given attitude by the staff. Seriously don't bother with this place. Never coming back.

Shît place. Just had dinner there with 3 friends. Sat down at 8pm, got only my first round of food. Even after the crowd died down we never got any food after that despite repeated reminders. They apparently weren't aware either. Still had to pay full price. Never going back again.

Buffet price ($20.90) is reasonable and it's 1 of the cheapest mookata buffets around. The meats are nicely marinated, not salty. Each person gets to choose 1 premium item ($5.90) from the menu. We choose prawns and tomyam chicken. The prawns were big and fresh! Tomyam chicken abit sweet for our liking. Place is clean and service was okay. The only thing I didn't like was the grill as food tends to stick on it when cooking. Prefer non stick grill. Will return again! :)

Came to find out that the Mookata business is taken over by the Kampung Chicken stall. Who happens to be the coffeeshop owner. The price is reasonable and the items are prepared in a meticulous manner. Pork thinly sliced. Chicken well marinated and to our pleasant surprise the prawns are shelled. The variety of green and red chilli sauce also surprised us. What awed us was the stock. We just can't have enough of it. It was so good till we requested a bowl of rice and made porridge out of it. I enquired about the stock out of curiosity and came to find out it is the chicken rice stock. Probably brewed with Kampung Chicken. We will definitely be back.

Delicious food, fresh food and a variety of chilis which is just mind blowing! Will definitely go back soon for more. To add to the good food, even parking is good and it is open till late which is good for people like me who eat their dinners late.
