Review Krispy Kreme - Singapore

Not the best donut but very convenient to get one 😂 love their cheese series, speculoos cookie butter donut was decent, the cream doesn’t really have much speculoos taste though.

This is our favourite donut hangout in Singapore. The basic sugar glazed donuts were so delicious that we decided to bring back some for the kids.

Came here during Phase 2. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Good donuts as usual. Need to focus on cleanliness. 3-4 staff working but tables not cleared and floors littered. Need to be a little bit attentive and cleanliness can be improve.

These donuts have changed my life forever. Officially best I've ever had. They are a little pricey but worth every penny!

Same good experience everywhere. The place is quiet now after covid. Still good to do a takeaway.

Last weekend, my little one had a craving for sugary donuts. Being a doting father, I decided to get him Krispy Kreme donuts after having tasted it before. So, I went online to make a purchase which has some kind of promotions which included 2 canned beverages. It was Sunday morning, we happily went out as a family to collect the donuts. However, a Happy Sunday quickly turned into a Horrible Sunday. My wife and son went to collect the donuts while I parked my car. The staff at the counter was very rude and unfriendly. My wife selected 2 canned beverages as it was part of the online deal only to be told off later that not all canned beverages are eligible. The staff did not bother to explain upfront that there is restriction on the canned beverages. If that is the case, the online ad should spelt out in clear what are the beverages that we can collect. The staff pulled a long face while getting our donuts ready. To be honest, we are not there for the canned beverages but for the donuts. Eating donuts should make us happy. But, Krispy Kreme managed to do the opposite to us. In fact, their donuts didn't taste that good to start with and now they topped it up with frustration. I spent $15.60 for 6 donuts, it's definitely not cheap by donut standards. But to spend that $ to get this type of experience. I rather donate the $ away any time.

Strictly ok.. Donuts where a bit hard, and felt too sugary. The signature plain version was quite good tho.

Horrible service and awful donuts. Staff laughing and joking looking at us while we were selecting! Very rude replies when we asked where we could sit. We just left the stuff after 2 bites. Coffee was another sad story. Felt like they were ridiculing us for eating their plasticky, soggy donuts! Never going there again.

Yesterday evening about 6.15pm, I brought a Green Tea Matcha doughnut at Terminal 2 at Singapore Changi Airport outlet. When i opened up and eat, the doughnut is hard and has the spoilt taste and smell. Shouldn't the staff would have periodically check the quality of the doughnut before ensuring they are good to serve to customers?

Received really poor service from the Sentosa outlet. Told by the cashier that my drink will be brought to me when ready. Waited for 30 min without avail and went to the counter to approach the same cashier. Instead of rectifying the problem, the staffs were "playing" the blame game and accusing each other why wasn't the drink prepared and served to me. After which he turned to me in a hostile tone and manner as if i was the one looking for trouble. PS: the shop wasn't even busy at that time :(

Don’t do promotion with such poor management skills and decision making. Do you really think there will not be a huge crowd to satisfy and furthermore leaving them to queue for almost hours just for the promotion itself. I see people easily buying 6-7 boxes for themselves and leaving the rest queuing up and wait for restocks when the 6-7 boxes could have been served to more customers. Poor management skills and little terms and conditions made this promotion a HUGE fail itself.

Promotion never state start timing to buy, go until Changi Airport at 2am when it's open 24hr, staff say only start selling at 8am when website only state date. Next time please state your selling time and don't waste customer time going down for nothing and end up not being able to buy anything. Don't give promotion when you cant do it.

Went to changi airport to get the promotion original glazed 12 for $12 .... queue was long ... start queuing at 930pm ... then staff said sold out at 1015. Its not even 12 midnight and already sold out? U shud hav expected the people coming and bake more la wey .... this is so disapointing.

don’t do promotion if you don’t have the intention to do so, poor management skills and decision making. i feel bad for your staffs who get scolded on your 4th anniversary

I bought 6 pcs doughnuts at Jurong point cost me $17.35 .. abit exp ... and too sweet ...

My fave among all the available donut franchises but they're really too expensive... Hard to justify $2.60/2.95 for one single donut.

Bad service from a rude staff. Not value for money #krispykremenorthpointcity

All of my experiences have been great ones. Whether it's Sentosa, Great Word City, Raffles or Orchard. I hope you grow. People need to try your doughnuts. They are the best!

I just bought 12 dozens of assorted doughnuts at jurong point. There's this Indian staff who keep take my order wrongly over n over again and when I reach home I realize many of the doughnuts is not the one I mentioned to him. Please look into this matter and I can telling you he is not concentrating on his work. Customer service totally fail and you did not train your staff to provide what the guest want!

I start eating krispy kreme donuts because of the peanut butter flavor that is only there for limited period. The production stopped on 13 June. When is it coming back again? :(

Please bring back the old matcha donut. The new one is quite awful.

Seems that you have changed your recipe though. The dough is not what it used to be anymore...

Had an awesome time at Krispy Kreme (Singapore). Great management. Great staff. Great passion. So thankful for their hospitality and, oh yeah..., great donuts. Highly recommend the salted caramel!
