Literally one of the best MacDonald outlet I’ve personally been to. Huge indoor & outdoor dining area, kids play area, drive-thru and decors all around. Be it order by cashier, kiosk or mobile app, this place covers it all.
Overall this Mac restaurant is filled with great ambience and parking space. Perfect for a chill nights out.

The barista made coffee is either a hit or a miss. On 6 November morning 11.40am, I had a really good cuppa! (As seen on first photo) the barista skills is good! Served at the best temperature! I didn’t wait long for my coffee and food. However, the following Saturday morning i visited again, this time the barista is a Viet and the cuppa is disappointing. She did the easy way out which is to use chocolate sauce instead of doing an actual milk latte art. I paid a premium for barista crafted coffee and that is for the milk latte art! Ordered same type of coffee, yet distinctively different taste. Please be more consistent.

This restaurant is bright, spacious, neat & tidy as well as clean. The staff were warm, courteous, friendly and helpful.
I had Angus Burger which was delicious; fresh soft bun and tender beef patty. Love the place, environment, people and the burger!

Rude female indian barista at McCafe counter (25th Apr 2022, 5pm) . Please train her to have better work attitude and customer service 😒 Feels like I owe her a living when ordering. Had to even clarify my order that it doesn't have whipped cream when she almost topped it with cream. No apologies whatsoever given to me.
Other staffs were really polite and helpful. Food preparation was fast too. Very spacious place.

A huge place with very quick service expected of McDonald's. Huge parking space and a great drive through. The seating are is good and there is an outdoor seating as well. Good place foe a quick bite after shopping at decathlon.

Had Egg Muffin with ice latte with less syrup as the change of the drink for breakfast at Kallang MacDonald today - Kallang MacDonald has always surpass their quality, service and the extra mile for their customers. Food was taken and serve very fast by their friendly counter staff.
The restaurant is at its top condition whenever I visit along with all their friendly staff. I noted their store manager name was Sutha who served the ordered with a smile great and ensured my ice latte was correct and ensured I find the condiments.
Great team and and well manage by their team leader/manager.
Kallang MacDonald is the perfect place to head on weekend mornings before work or a game. Well managed team, friendly and smiley staff all around. Quick order guaranteed with with best sincere service, order and drinks made with passion and accuracy. A must visit for all, dine in or drive thru - a great place with great service.

Drove 20 mins just to get to the drive through, had our order mixed up nevermind. Ordered happy meal just for the minion toy, end up it wasn't even given to me, even after i confirmed with the staff while ordering. Now i'm home and there's no way i'm driving back to get it. What a sham.

Dear McDonald Singapore. Your system change to let people order from the machine and collect from your counter was supposed to make thing more efficient? No, definitely not. What on earth that a fast food chain make customer waiting for their meal for 10-15 mins before I can get my order.
I am not exactly sure you're trying to change your system to make it efficient for customers, if that's the case then you failed miserably.
And if you are just plain trying to reduce your bottom lines, then you failed that too, you're losing more of your customer and reduce your table turnaround because people are just waiting around for their meal

Whoever the smart Alex in your McDonald Corp that propose this "smart" idea should be fired, that person do nothing with the market survey.
Don't have to look far, your rating on your own Facebook is practically not even half way decent.
Bring back your old system where all the staffs are aunties who smile and greet customer friendlily because your current team are just plain rude when they called out the number to your customers, we are paying customer and not here for food rations.
I understand this system works well in the US but sorry it doesn't work one bit here in Asia spend sometime understanding the culture of the place where you're doing business this way, it may help pulling up your falling shared prices.

Hello! I just did a drive through at Kallang Mac 1 hour + ago. I ordered and paid for the price of an upsize Mc Spicy Burger set $7.60. However, I got a Fillet O Fish burger instead. The rest of the items are correct. And they did not even give me a receipt and I have nothing to claim against now. Disappointing and upsetting.

Its been quite some time McDonald's have changed the Q/order and collection system. Over the time I noticed that it has made me more frustrated than ever. If the company thinks the system is good, i'd like to suggest a system like Starbucks and Burger King(PSA building) where they allocate a spacious counter as collection point of the orders.
It's better customer service and great satisfaction for the customers.

No issues with the staff. Staff r friendly. But the new ordering sys sucks. The q and jam r massive on a Friday night. Also, out of the 6x self-ordering kiosks, 4x r down. Out of the 2x cashiers, 1x out. Most manpower r allocated to the preparing of orders. Which no seem to ease the q and mess ��

The Queue automation where customers should wait for their number to be flash then collect their food should be adhered to. Systems will then elicit the expected behavior of food collection. Check out Hans at marina and chinatown point. It doesnt make sense that once orders are made, customers hang and throng the counter area. To make matter worse, service staffs starts to shout out order numbers for food collection. The investment towards automation for efficiency is made redundant. Counter productive.
Macdonald kallang and punggol safra are similarly inefficient in your order collection process. Please look into this area to make good your investment. Is frustrating for customers to rely on the old days of listening to shouting for order number.

You guys should separate those creating their own burgers and those that order at the counter. Ordered a mcnuggets meal takes up to 30 mins which i dont think i experience at other outlets without the create ur own burger kiosk

Was there with my kids yesterday, had a special order of Chicken Mcmuffin without sauce, the burger came without sauce, but without cheese as well. My boy almost cried out, in the end, i thought of using the butter as a substitute for him, which works well.
All in all, it is still acceptable.

Something is wrong with this system and wonder who is that idiot who came out with this idea. I saw drinks and food waiting to be served and a big group of customers waiting at the collection counter.
