I pass by your store at 313. I saw pistachio sauce and its my favourite. I decide to order when I chosen yogurt I ask for pistachio than your sales staff than shared its only for ice cream. In the first place I ordered its all because of pistachio sauce. I told her I'm willing to pay extra if I need to and I don't mind paying. She just rejected me and said cannot have pistachio. I have to get other sauces and topping which is not to my likings! I'm speechless.
It's just a spoons size of sauce and is this the way you do a business by rejecting client. I also waiting for her to give me suggestion of changing it to ice cream or another ways so that I can get my pistachio. I even told her I'm not happy with what I'm getting. We eat we wanna eat happy with the food we buy. No other suggestion no other offers in a way. Worse ever experience and service.

Made eye-contact with the staff for a good minute while she was talking to the other staff.. bad customer service. Have to Wait for her to talk finish to her staff first before coming to speak to me. Do not come to this outlet.

Great yogurt but the range of toppings are rather limited as compared to other brands such as Smooy, etc. It will be good if they can improve on the quality of the fruits as the mango they served was unripe and the red berries was extremely sour.

Don't put your closing hour as 10pm if your girl decide to close 15 mins or more before that. Misleading!

If you ask me to compare Yole with Yami Yogurt and Llao Llao... I still think Yami Yogurt is still my favourite. Yole tasted sweeter than the other 2 and closer to vanilla ice cream. But the more I ate it, the more I like it. ✌️

I visited the store on 20 Jun 2018 at around 6pm. When I tried to order the rosti with another friend, Lester seemed busy(he does not appear friendly too). We waited for him since he’s so busy. After what seemed like 15 minutes, there’s already a queue behind us (we are first in queue). Lester told us to queue at the other side which we did. Subsequently he took orders for those customers who came after us. When we questioned him, he told us to be patient in a very impatient tone. Anyway got to wait for the food. He was not apologetic for not taking orders according to the queue.
Eventually he took our orders. We are not expecting first class treatment but he made us felt that we were unreasonable.
When we submit our feedback form on the spot, nothing was done either. So I guess our complaint had fell on deaf ears.
It’s disappointing for us as my kids liked the food here. I’ll think twice before coming here next time.

Great place not just to shop but to while your time. From 313 Somerset i walked backward heading fot Ion and it just feels good looking at the tall buildings, passing by the famous Garret popcorn, the amazingly stocked boutiques, the clean surroundings, having a bite of the 1.20sgd ice cream and even i was alone, i had a great time of my life.

The ladies toilet next to 7-11 at ground level is extremely and grossly dirty. The mgmt cleaner contractor is sloppy. It doesn’t deserve any star!! P

This is the first time since 2005 (around 12 years) I visited 313somerset. It was the former Phoneix Hotel locations. Quite a huge change and I don't expect I visited there since 2005. I visited these area when I was working in ITE (every Saturday after work). I took a bus and pop down there to shop and window shopping. So happy to be there, quite a memory for me.

You have the most awful toilet.dirty, smelly, no hand soap. Cleaner simply said no hand soap available. The wash area is so disgusting with clogged drain. What's the point of engaging cleaner ? Unbelievable.

Encountered the blackout yesterday. So frustrating, spoilt our night and dinner! Blackout lasted for more than an hour, simply unacceptable! No proper announcement was made during the blackout to keep shoppers and diners informed! Poor organization!

09AUG 16:45 I was shocked to see two guys, one wearing 313 purple polo shirt, pushing the big green rubbish cart into the passenger lift at first floor to second floor without concerning there were passengers in the lift. The cart was so near us that we can smell the odour from the rubbish which is extremely unprofessional and unhygienic.
