Quite efficient service for this branch of subway as I have tried their different options multiple times. However, there is a young, skinny Chinese guy who is usually quite a fierce person to customers.

I have been to this outlet several times since its located nearest to my house. And of all the experiences, I never had a great time. It was my first time ordering by myself and one of them were rolling her eyes and was quite rude when I ask about the meals. On another I went there and had to be served by two female staff and it took them about a minute to acknowledge even though i was just standing there in front of them waiting. They were not even busy and were just chatting away.

The party platter is definitely worth its value! Don't be fooled by the picture in the website. It's BIGGER IRL! So if you decide to have a get-together at the last minute, Subway is the go-to. Just call a branch directly and enquire. And the 2 ladies manning the shop are truly FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. One of them answered my call even before official opening hours. Sorry I didn't get their names though.

My Experience at this outlet has been very average. Recently I ordered online. They stuffed my sub with very less veggies almost nothing. I ordered veggie delight which was meant to have veggies as there was no meat or patty in my sub. It was actually poorly prepared and felt as though I am just eating bread with nothing inside. I request them to be mindful of the orders and avoid such carelessness.

Great staffs! They are fast and very friendly! Expect crowds or queues during lunchtime and dinner or nearing to closing time. Outlet is clean always. Loved it! Great to come for a date and spend a little discussion or chat. Great place for it and a delicious bite!

Reviewed just to thank and show appreciation to staff Chris of Subway Whitesands (if I remember her nametag correctly). A petite Filipino lady staff who made my sandwich. Ordered tuna sandwiches, and she spread the tuna evenly on one side of the bun with care, and took the effort to place the veges evenly, which I greatly appreciate. It was a very well prepared sandwich. Might not seem like much, but I appreciate even such small gestures because I've had negative experiences at other branches like west plaza, where they just pile the meat in the middle of the split bun, and when you fold it, it ends up like a hotdog instead of a sandwich.

Subway Club. The doesn't know how to pack. The other staff throw the meet back to where they place and start again ! The packing is so so and service is ok.

I have eaten Subway in other outlets/countries before.They are kind and generous. But in this outlet, a senior lady attended to us was not only rushing me in choosing my condiments, she also gave less veggies and sauce compared with normally given at other outlet. Furthermore, she put 3 cookies we all order in 1 bag, instead of individual paper bag like other outlets. (The other younger staff is helpful though). I hope Subway can maintain their standard.
