Food overpriced and bland leh. Some more, they charge extra 5 dollars for roasted peanuts and veggies. Thought it was free appetizer, but no one ever say that I can reject. Once you eat get charged already. Plain rice was 1 dollar in the menu, but on the receipt got charged 1.50! Plus the towel also extra 0.40. With GST and service charge, that's almost 7 dollars more than what you supposed to pay for. Small amount, but it's dishonest when they don't let you know that you'll be charged. Never eating here again. Food not even worth it. No wonder the place was almost empty even during lunch time.

Food was bland and uninteresting. Nothing impressive about my meal of fish maw soup(at a lowered price of $10.90, quite a big bowl of soup, decent at best), salted egg mushrooms(the batter was crispy but doesn't stick and the taste of salted egg wasn't very strong) and mala vegetables(which was surprisingly underwhelming and basically tasted like vegatables with a hint of pepper). However, the one saviour was the hot plate noodles, which tasted quite good but still wasn't impressive. Overall, not a satisfying meal and would only recommend this for vegetarians with big money and low standards.

For all those food lovers and those who would like to try vegetarian dishes, pls. do not visit this place. This place is a is a big disappoinment.
A. The food/rice was under-cooked.
B. Ordered claypot chicken. However, it was overwhelmed with mushrooms instead.
C. There's a charge of 10% service charge for unfriendly, cold, unhelpful and super "unhappy to be at work" staff.
D. Definitely not value for money as you can get better service, with no service charge, better food and variety of dishes elsewhere in Singapore especially in Bugis.

Inside White Sands shopping mall. Large serving. Price high. Service charge & GST charges apply. Can have an option not to have the wet tissue or side dish (as both are chargeable). Side dish are braised peanuts & cold dish named Achar (Chinese version of kimchi). Achar is a mixed vegetables (pineapples, cucumber, cabbage, carrots) fermented in vinegar & sugar.
