Unexpectedly delicious with huge servings. I got the a very flavorful pasta with chicken and the hubby got the chicken chop, huge plate with excellent seasoning. Oh, and the fries! So crispy and light! I can’t think of better fries I’ve had recently. This will definitely be one of my hangouts now. It’s a must try for sure👍

Can’t give a higher rating as the QC isn’t consistent, sometimes meat is tender, other times less so, sometimes fries are crispy and warm, other times cold and soft.

Portions seem bigger than average Western store.
Tried the 50% off food delivery for Fried Norwegian Salmon & Tempura Squid and Grilled Chicken Chop & Lamb Chop set at $15 and $16 respectively, which came with mushroom soup packed separately.
Crowd: Always expect a crowd especially during meal times.

Long waiting time even with a short queue. Sauce was good, chicken cutlet was nice. But could have been more generous with the sides. There are better western food out there at this price bracket.

Ordered fish and chips and bolognaise. Ordinary. Used to be able to choose your own sides, but not anymore. That was the unique selling point. Now its higher price point western food at coffeeshop with large portions. So won't be patronizing anymore.

First time ordering from this outlet.. I ordered through foodpanda the chicken chop + rib set and fish + squid calamari set and had an awesome lunch! Everything was well cooked and tasty. Definitely recommended!
I tried to place an order again but foodpanda app showed it’s closed though it’s still within the operating hours. Anyone can advise is it of a certain timing orders can be made via foodpanda?

Great food, portion is worth the price. Do try kaarage or skinny tonkatsu if you are there. It is awesome. Dont forget the mochi as well for your dessert after finishing your meal.

I enjoyed the platter, esp the grilled eel was tender and tasty and the signature fried chicken (goes really well with the sesame salad sauce)! Would love to head down there again and try out their signature pokebowl! Fully recommend if you are in the area!

Happened to notice this new Japanese restaurant..have a nice ambience and awesome art work by Ceno!! Tried their karaage curry rice and adobo (it's Philipines pork stew i think) and its interestingly a great fusion..will go back for more to try their skinny pork curry rice..and I believe they will have more interesting fusion dishes as well..keep up the good work Mr. Samurai!!

Awesome Japanese Fusion restaurant. Was walking past with my girlfriend and decided to give it a try. Had Curry Skinny Tonkatsu for me, and Salmon Don for her. Price was really worth it with the extra 5% for customers who liked their profile on Instagram.
Order came really fast. Food was really tasty. And again, it was really worth the money.

A wonderful place to enjoy vegetarian Japanese cuisine - not only do they have a great choice of vegetarian bento sets, noodles and hotpots, but also warm and friendly service and a cosy ambience! Love the vegetarian fish bento in particular with a side of Japanese curry gravy!

Happened to chance upon mr samurai during lunch time. Nice decor and great ambience. Took a look at the menu, was surprise as it wasnt expensive at all so i decided to give it a try.
Tried the vegetarian mock fish curry don. It tasted really good! Fish was crisp on the outside and tender within.

Patronised the restaurant last week, I was served by courteous staffs! In addition, food service was efficient and quality was well above my expectation. Ambience of the place is very comfortable and the selections of music complimented the overall experience! Would definitely come back again!

Was walking around CBP with my colleagues during lunch time yesterday while deciding what to eat at the crowded period. Walked past Mr Samurai and we were greeted by friendly smiles, so we decided to give it a try! Turns out, the food was amazing!
