Good and clean environment, always playing good songs. Most of the staffs are friendly but some are rude.

It was good. People didn't linger on after finishing their meals, allowing other diners to have seats. However, there was a rude uncle who got angry when the staff told him that he has to order at the self-kiosk, not at the counter. He shouted:" Cannot order here, close shop!" He went to the kiosk but I bet that he didn't know how to use it because I didn't see him waiting for his food. Uncle, don't think by shouting that few words of English and you are good. McDonald's is not the place for you. Go back to your mother's womb and be reborn. Brush up your English, learn more. Old loser.

The aunties working here are very helpful and sweet! It's like going to your best friend's house and the mom keeps making sure you have enough food and are well taken care of. 🥰

Their ambassador is very helpful, Aunty Susan is also very helpful with customer enquiries. The place is generally clean, and can be very crowded during weekends and during holidays. Personally, I would prefer a peaceful dining ambience.

Love the fries, pies and dessert here. Wish there was more vegetarian options. I still remember the time I came here for veggie crunch almost daily as it was pretty nice.

Went to the one along AMK Ave 10, consistency (F n B) is key for McD, the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (help with GRAB payment mode). Just felt the air con was too cold 🥶, totally uncomfortable.

Quite surprised by the Hainanese Chicken Burger. It does taste like Hainanese Chicken Rice! The only thing I feel that it is lacking is that it uses sauce to make it taste like but not using the food to make it like. A rice "bun" maybe? Chicken breast meat, not fried? Well, is McDonald's so I guess we can't have that.

This place is hopeless!!!! Everytime i call to order for food after 12am their restuarants claim that they are having high call demand!!! One of the staff or manager of this place must be doing this hanky panky work!!! Extremely frustrated!!! When i call the restuarant directly they said they did not put their status as such! So who is lying? Restuarant or call center? Previously my comment got deleted from this page!!! Jerks!!!!! Will not let this matter go easily!! I have already lodged a report regarding issue and i will get to the bottom of this!!

I ordered foods at 10:35pm,waiting time is 1 hour it's okay.when I received the foods all is wrong one..when asking the rider thats the foods only? He said all inside already then go.i haven't check the order.!i call back to customer services,they told will do the exchange.until now I haven get my foods. How is your service like that? Very disappointed..

I ordered mcdelivery and my order is coming from this particular outlet. I received a wrong order of my burger. Requested for mcspicy add cheese but no cheese was added so I immediately called McDonald's n they put me tru bishan park outlet and waited for my order which the rider went to the wrong Hse Coz the outlet did not receive my order in the 1st place but I told the person at bishan park outlet my order number,my name spelled out and even my postal code but in the end the rider wen to deliberately the wrong add Coz they don't have my order thre so y in the 1st place Tel me tat u wld sent my correct order to me n make me wait. Spoke to the manager at bishan park outlet named Kumar was not a very nice chap to speak wid, bad Customer service handling skills and I felt he raised his voice at me. Anyway he called amk Ave 10 outlet and told bout my order n they called me and told me my order wil arrive in 15mins... Total waiting time I waited for my correct order burger was 1hr 20mins... The guy who spoke to me at amk Ave 10 outlet told me rider will reach in 15mins and told me I have to pay 60cents for add cheese I was like WAT?! I don't mind paying 60cents but it's ridiculous wen u guys mess up my order delayed it and make me wait more than an hour for my burger and ask me to pay 60cents for add cheese I mean like wat u make a mistake but u still thinking bout making money?! Few points for MacDonald to learn! 1. Rectify the wrong order 1st than sort out the problem in ur outlets later. Take down the correct order and customer details and settle customer 1st than later find the order chit or whatever needs to be done. Customer 1st than others... 2. Give the correct info to the customer who is waiting for thier food. 3. If u can't deliver at the mentioned time make a call n let them noe...
