Review Yishun 675 - Singapore

Despite being a no-frills establishment offering haircuts, I must say that all hairdressers/barbers are really professional and patient when serving customers. They are always presentable and professional, and never hesitate to check with customers on the preferred style for their haircuts. Would recommend this place to anyone seeking a no-frills haircut experience! Still loving the great service!

Long queue waited for almost an hour for only two people in front of the queue and some hair dressers are inexperience. The hair cut was very bad, it was uneven. One of the worst hair cut.

Usually long queues with only 1 person working when got 2 seats. Some Hairdressers are inexperienced too.

Horrible service. The idea of paying before cutting is very inconvenient and time consuming. I have to pay before knowing that my queue number is very far off and I have to wait for more than 1 hour for my turn. The barber spent way more than 10 minutes on her regular customers because they are having a long conversation. But as for me, she spent lesser time cutting my hair with precision, and more time talking to an old lady who entered and sat down in the shop despite the covid-19 restriction policy.

Review for the kcut shop in another location and to protect the staff at that specific place. This review will be put in a different location from the one I went to. This review is not about kcuts at yishun blk 675. The date that I went to is a few weeks ago. I went there in the late afternoon to cut my hair because the place is offering $10 hair cuts which is cheaper than the one I used to go to. I first time went to kcuts that time. After waiting for my number and got seated. I told the barber to cut my hair, high slope both sides and back, short on top and front. Then the barber ask me whether i want 2, 1 or 0.5 for the high slope. I did not understand what she was saying. Then she began explaining what it means. It took some time for me to understand what she was saying. It looks as if the company taught them to do it this way and it resembles the korean hair style which is kind of nonsensical to me. The other barber I went to no need any numbers. I say high slope and whoever barber at that moment will instantly know what to do. They don't even know me and everyone is doing the same thing. The barber at kcuts even need me to tell her what type of short I meant The barber even tried to style my hair at the front even when I told her no style. She was also very gentle with my hair and my skin. It kind of looks like she is scared to disappoint the customer or be too rough with them. The one I usually go to is very rough with their customers in terms of there cutting and movements which shows that they have the skill and experiences to cut the hair. Style already and assume that it was done then I had to stop her and ask her to cut it properly and correct her. I need to explain very very clearly how I want my hair to be cut. The suction tube they have there seems to be smaller and when they used it. It feels like the barber is having difficulty trying to use it. After everything finish my hair kind of looks funny as compared to other barber company shop that I cut at. It is still acceptable in some sense. All in all, I am never going back to kcuts ever again. The barber I usually go to cost $12. I guess spending $2 more to cut hair isn't a bad idea after all, rather than going to a fake korean barber shop to ruin my hair

Delightful customer-orientated services. Despite being an express cut, hairdresser was welcoming and offered constructive advices to accustom the hair style based on my head shape. Service provided definitely worth more than the 10 bucks...

Friendly staff and keen to do well for customers. Haircut at $10 only, cheaper than other kcuts.
