First time eating at this vegetarian restaurant. The food was surprisingly yummy. We used Eatigo disct for our meal. Quite worthed! Service from the staff was also good. Fruit n flower tea remained thick n aromatic...even after refilling hot water the 4th time.......đ

Green signature, we had such a great experience at the yishun northpoint outlet with cheery staff and great tasting food, decided to try the tampines outlet at century square and oh boy! were we in for a rude surprise.
The olive fried rice obviously was way too salty and we kindly feedback to the staff after one spoonful, only to be greeted by the rude manager Ai Luan who chided us that we should have stated less salty upfront. I responded saying that its our first time eating here and normally olive fried rice wouldn't be this salty and she insisted we were wrong not to claim for less salty and that our tastebuds were different from the crowd, in fact according to her, noone has ever claimed her fried rice was salty (appalling). Furthermore, she said that olive is always salty (not true, unless its inferiorly mixed with salt to make up for the flavour)
Shocked, i rudely responded that the yishun outlet was way tastier and the service was much better, to which she just ignored and walked off.
Dear Aone, please learn to retrain your staff (especially Ai Luan) with the proper service standards to treat your customers well, so as to boost better customer retention for your business.

To be far this green signature is at North point it is quite healthy and the gravy a bit thick but quite filling .A nice pack of vegetarian dishes price slightly costly and even costs for peanuts and hot tea but overall still worth it .nowadays I sometimes order delivery as more convenient and also faster not need to sit in an empty restaurant with eyes looking at me more cozy . I like the spicy tofu and Gongbao ji Jing and not oily. Really worth for family and couple.

Delicious and hot Chinese food served with love. My kids also love to eat here. The food are really gluten-free and guilt free. I am happy that we were able to locate this place to eat what we wanted without burning our pockets.

Love the food here. One of the best vegetarian/ vegan chinese cousine. I strongly recommend kale fried rice and cereal mushrooms dish: my all-time favorites. Please note that some of the dishes contain eggs but they can customize it; just tell them. Enjoy!

The food there was edible but I didnât enjoy it much. I went there starving and didnât even finish half of it. I think that speaks for itself. I ordered barley and there was a BUGâS LEG IN IT. Then when I informed the staff about it, I thought they had great service when they said they would give me a new barley for takeaway, but I was completely appalled when they didnât give me a new one, they just took out the leg. I knew this because there wasnât just one leg inside and they only took out the more visible one. I DO NOT recommend this place. Itâs not very affordable either

Terrible staff service and poor food quality. Ordered a takeaway box and they took almost an hour to prepare. Apparently the staff claim that they could not find the online order and was not helpful/reluctant to figure things out. Delivery guy was left stranded between them and the online service. Disappointing. When I finally got my lunch, the steam condensation resulted in lots of moisture on the food, changing its usual taste. Yikes.
