Service is good and friendly. Price is reasonable for a decent bowl of bento. Good that it can be also customised but the meat is a little tough.

Excellent and soft chicken teriyaki! This is my first time having such soft chicken teriyaki. We also tried the fried fish and it was very crispy and good. Would recommend the miso soup to be less salty. But overall very good experience, would recommend folks to try out this value for money bento!

Not sure if it’s bad luck or what....I visited this store after checking the high-score reviews. The restaurant was only with two other tables when we arrived around noon time on Saturday. We ordered a bento, a chicken teriyaki, and a udon. The udon didn’t come until we finished the two rice dishes, and it was with two reminders in between where I walked up to the cashier to ask. The udon is also just the thin Japanese-style noodles, really not authentic at all. The terriyaki hicken was overly done that most parts were rather burned off with the sauce. Bento is certainly a rip-off with pathetic side dishes. I would not return ever, and would advise others to watch out as well.

cant comment on other dish as i have only tried bara chirashi don. the servings of sashimi is very little and mostly is only cheap tamago. the color of salmon is suspiciously too light. staff seems disinterested to serve even though there was no customores around. they seemed more interested to talk loudly and bombard the guest with their incessant chatting. disapointed as other dishes seems ok from the review. jus dun order the chirashi don for $16.75. do yourself a favour and go for other shops as even sushi express quality is much better. first and last visit. there is a 10% discount for Passion card but nothing was mentioned during payment. i tink the boss needs some QC for food and training for staff.

Very polite staff, reasonably priced and tasty food. Not sure how the atmosphere is at peak hours, but off peak its very quiet and nice.

The rice is good, but the meat not so, thin, and with a preservative like taste to the batter. Best to Add an onsen egg and mix with rice. prefer chicken katsu to tonkatsu (pork) as the pork cutlet is really dry.

ordered bara set (comes with miso soup and mochi dessert). the portion is just nice for lunch. sashimi is very fresh and tasty.
but place is small there aren’t many seats.

Braised pork belly was good, Tonkatsu curry was GOOD, Salmon chirashi was average, Wakame udon was bad (the fish cake was sour). May be because of CNY. Will come again next time to try. Average price
