Was at McDonald’s White Sands on Friday evening around 6.30pm. There was a very long queue due to covid safe measures.
However , there is always a self ordering machine within the McDonald outlet itself which is unused and the staff does not direct customers waiting in queue outside to enter to use this machine. The machine is full functional and I was able to order from this machine ..
Overall , the kitchen staff in McRonald are very efficient and productive.

Many school students... it's McDonald. What can I say.
But this one had really nice friendly staff. Can see that they always smile & laughs during work.
Quick fast service, It's really amazing to have quality of service... they are so nice... I need to eat here more often !

Weekdays and weekends during peak hours can be quite upsetting, not just the crowd but the service as well as missing out items in my order. On two separate occasions.
Approached one of the male staff for help regarding my kiosk and payment transaction, but seemed hesitant and unsure what to do.

I just wanna compliment my thanks to a female chinese manager who is working in the morning around 8am who attended to my needs when i asked her abt my missing ezlink card which i happend to dropped it there the day before. Fast and efficient work by her that made my morning better! Thank you sm!

Well...came at 6am of coz its like you booked the whole place. Early bird gets some perks and peacefulness.
There being no others, service was almost instant. Self-order & payment at the kiosk...your order is out in a jiffy.
Open kitchen concept tells you all...nothing wrong being transparent, just a personal preference for my food not to be microwaved i.e. the red rice porridge.
Though it doesnt look appetising, it does taste pretty good like a vegan tonic soup infused red rice. There's tofu, corn, goji berries and apparently the purplishness comes from sweet potatoes. Read that this is a collaboration between MacD & Soup spoon =)
Ending the meal with an iced latte..Cheerios!

This outlet is popular with the students from nearby stores during after school hours. Remember to check your orders to ensure all items are accounted for. The food quality is constantly good. Price is affordable and with the app, you can find deals and promotional items such as $2 burger

The new system of ordering/food collection is horribly inefficient. I waited 20 mins to get my food. My frappe by then had melted and one of the service staff was nice enough to offer me a replacement. It then took another 10 mins for me to receive the beverages. Furthermore, the service staff showed horrible attitude, simply slammimg it down on the counter and not even making eye contact.
If i had to wait a half hour for my food i would have gone to a restaurant instead.
Disclaimer: the staff who served our tray of food and offered us the replacements is different from the one who showed us horrible attitude. However, kudos to the staff member who attempted to compensate for the melted caramel frappe.

Oh my goodness! I just witnessed a McDonald's staff using a stack of trays to crush compact the trash in the waste bin then wipe just the top and bottom trays with a cloth! What happened the the metal crusher!

Dear Mcds, with the new way of pre ordering now, could you set aside space for people to Q or wait instead of such a small space for people to be gathering at the front of your cashier, looking at their Q number and surrounding the tables of people who are eating there. Perhaps, you should remove those tables at the front to make room for people to wait for their Q numbers to be called. The current method is very messy on a Saturday morning today 12th November when I was there at 10am. It's incorrect to start a pre order system and not work out the space for people to wait. Please fix this. Thanks!

Im really very dissapointed with your service. As what i paid for, was not as i recieved. I paid for a meal with kimchi shaker fries, however, i returned back home with only normal fries without the shaker and to top it all of, with no salt. Eventhough your service is fast, but i like to say that the staffs there have done too much mistakes multiple times. Thank you.

New self service kiosk is a disaster. You could see the staff work really hard but really couldn't keep up with the orders. Every order takes 10-15mins. This is not a fast food restaurant.

I popped in to take out breakfast at 10am on Mon, 18 Jan and was greeted by the widest smiles and most welcoming attitudes. They went the extra mile to help me with my special order and gave suggestions to help me save money. Order was prompt, service excellent. It really made my day!
